While the service for the purchase was sufficient (though not really outstanding), when we had some trouble with the sunroof the service and body shop engagement has been very poor and difficult. It has taken 3 months to repair a sunroof with very little follow-up. The lesson learned for us, investigate the competency of the service and body shop before you purchase a new car. My ratings below are a blended reflection of both experiences. More
