What a shame that zero stars are not an option. Let me begin by saying that I've been coming to this dealership for years and have purchased, leased, and serviced multiple vehicles from this establ Let me begin by saying that I've been coming to this dealership for years and have purchased, leased, and serviced multiple vehicles from this establishment. I've built relationships with multiple team members, including management. And here I am in 2024 writing what will become a scathing review because no amount of past allegiance could detract from the absolute dumpster fire that this dealership, and particularly the service department, has become. Upon receiving my 2021 Challenger Redeye Widebody back from it's last service, I also received some extra damage. My front driver-side wheel was gouged, the front driver-side bumper was scratched, and I had a gigantic shop bolt in my rear driver-side tire! Ron Karolick, the Service Manager, apologized for the circumstances; however, he would only honor a repair if I brought it back to Criswell. No, thank you!! If you value your vehicles, do yourself a favor, and take them elsewhere. Criswell service techs are clearly the bottom of the barrel and have zero skill or accountability. Apparently management isn't any better. More

If you are looking for a new Jeep Leon Travis is the man to see. Leon was absolutely amazing to work with. The truck I purchased was competitively priced which triggered me to travel 2.5 hours to get it. The whole process was seamless and expedient. Our sales agent, Richard Beckett, was also very helpful throughout the whole process. My only complaint is with the finance manager regarding the sale of the extended warranties. Instead of telling you the full cost up front, they try to show how much it affects your payment which is misleading for the unsuspecting buyer. Also, when trying to cancel the extended warranty, the finance manager doesn't respond to emails or voicemails. More

I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years throughout the country I’m 63 years old so that should testify that I have a little knowledge in the buying experience. Never in all my years have I come close to having a more pleasant not at all pushy and comfortable purchase of a new vehicle. Kerry Hughes is the most knowledgeable considerate and professional car salesman I’ve ever had an experience in buying from. The whole team, including Dennis the appraiser and the finance department were top notch in a world where sometimes peoples expectations are nothing but a bunch of complaints and xxxxxxxx on social media, and any other platform that will give them a voice I think more people should express their sincere gratitude when something happens that’s unexpected and a positive experience, other than just complaining to hear themselves complain.
