Shane is amazing, knowledgeable, funny and always helpful. He has amazing customer service and is very diligent. By far one of the best service advisor to work with when getting a vehicle serviced. Best Car buying Experience Ever!!!!!! I have bought more than 40 vehicles over the years , and this experience I had with Criswell Dodge in Gaithersburg was the greatest ever. First of all I have bought more than 40 vehicles over the years , and this experience I had with Criswell Dodge in Gaithersburg was the greatest ever. First of all my salesman Khalil Kechrid, and Finance Manager Don Boone Sr, were the most down to earth professional sales/finance people I,ve ever had the please to work with. initially I was looking for a Hellcat which they had on their lot then I decided the RT Scat pack 392 was a better fit for me instead of pushing me away they found me the car I wanted, Khalil drove to Berlin Maryland picked it up brought it back to Criswell detailed and prepped the car for me and delievered it to Boonsboro MD. Through the entire process Khalil and Don stayed in touch with me daily , sometimes Khalil texted just to see how things were going , I recently lost my father and both were very sensitive to that which was very much appreciated. And to top it off when Khalil delivered my Scat Pack, he brought Mopar Sweat Shirts for me and my youngest sons , that he paid for, unbelievable!!!! Khalil started this journey as a salesman and ended as my friend. I will continue to purchase all future vehicles from Criswell Dodge in Gaithersburg. More

Responsive and professional and personable I bought a new Pacifica and they were great. Entirely communicated by email to reach a great price with Kevin Glassic. They were very responsive and I bought a new Pacifica and they were great. Entirely communicated by email to reach a great price with Kevin Glassic. They were very responsive and straightforward. Upon entering the dealership to finalize the deal with agreed upon price, the dealership efficiently worked through and explained and got me through paperwork. Khalil was awesome in leading me through the paperwork and patiently explaining the features of the car, which he was very knowledgeable on. Finance was a breeze and I left with my car at the agreed upon price, no problem. Definitely recommend. More

Easiest car buying experience ever I am in sales myself so I appreciate when someone gives me all of the information I need to make a buying decision without all of the other fluff. I t I am in sales myself so I appreciate when someone gives me all of the information I need to make a buying decision without all of the other fluff. I talked to 3 other dealerships in the week before talking to Jourdain at Criswell and made very little progress. Jourdain called me one day with all of the information and options available and within 24 hours we had made the decision and 18 hours after that we picked up our new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Keep in mind we live in Pennsylvania and have a Jeep dealership about 5 minutes from our house but we decided to drive almost 3 hours to pick up this Jeep and the main reason....Jourdain. He is knowledgeable, friendly and I would make that drive again and hope to in a couple of years to get a Ram pickup truck. Thanks Jourdain and Criswell, appreciate you making this experience smooth and fun. More
