Upon entering the dealership to finalize the deal with agreed upon price, the dealership efficiently worked through and explained and got me through paperwork. Khalil was awesome in leading me through the paperwork and patiently explaining the features of the car, which he was very knowledgeable on. Finance was a breeze and I left with my car at the agreed upon price, no problem. Definitely recommend. More

Easiest car buying experience ever I am in sales myself so I appreciate when someone gives me all of the information I need to make a buying decision without all of the other fluff. I t I am in sales myself so I appreciate when someone gives me all of the information I need to make a buying decision without all of the other fluff. I talked to 3 other dealerships in the week before talking to Jourdain at Criswell and made very little progress. Jourdain called me one day with all of the information and options available and within 24 hours we had made the decision and 18 hours after that we picked up our new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Keep in mind we live in Pennsylvania and have a Jeep dealership about 5 minutes from our house but we decided to drive almost 3 hours to pick up this Jeep and the main reason....Jourdain. He is knowledgeable, friendly and I would make that drive again and hope to in a couple of years to get a Ram pickup truck. Thanks Jourdain and Criswell, appreciate you making this experience smooth and fun. More

My best vehicle buying experience ever I’m 74 year old and this is the best buying experience I’ve ever had at a car dealer. We were looking for a truck with specific capabilities and Criss I’m 74 year old and this is the best buying experience I’ve ever had at a car dealer. We were looking for a truck with specific capabilities and Crisswell’s had 2 left in stock (end of model year). I spoke to the salesman by phone and through email and he was very encouraging so we set a time and came into the dealership. The salesman couldn’t have been more professional or helpful. He knew the details about the vehicle and calculated a price below what I’d expected. Since we didn’t need a test drive (this replaced a similar vehicle that was totaled), the sale took about 45 minutes. The meeting with the financing office was more time consuming but it also ended with what we wanted. We took delivery after a few additions a few days later. It’s good to see there is a dealer left that is professional and straight talking. I certainly would go back to this dealer again and recommend it to friends. More
