Made an appointment to have my beloved new 2020 Bikini Wrangler looked at because the Service Engine Start Stop Light came on one day on the way home Made an appointment to have my beloved new 2020 Bikini Wrangler looked at because the Service Engine Start Stop Light came on one day on the way home from work. Got home and turned the car off and on again and the warning light was no longer there. I made an appointment anyway at Criswell because they were the closest dealer to me, despite normally taking my Jeeps to a different Jeep dealer over an hour away because of the customer service they provide. My adviser Shane was very pleasant and friendly and assured me that they would still be able to check over the Jeep even though the light was no longer on. He had me in an out in little than an hour and gave my JL a clean bill of health. I highly recommend dealing with Shane as your adviser when visiting Criswell Jeep for service. More
