I purchased my Fiat 500 in November of 2019. At the time of my purchase Jon Dagostino told me that there was only one set of keys available for me to take home. He told me that he did not know where the second set of keys was, but that he would find them and mail them to my house. I was initially thoroughly impressed with his customer service skills as I trusted that he was a businessman of his word. However, over a year later I still do not have my second set of keys and I have the burden of constantly having to reach out to someone who is now blatantly ignoring me. I stopped by the dealership a couple of months ago and I asked to speak to a manager, but I was told that no one other than my sales rep could help me. I ended up in his office again and I asked him again for my second set of car keys. I have also left a voice message and he has not returned my call. Had I known that Jon Dagostino would be this irresponsible I would have never purchased my car from him or this dealership. More
Most excellent! This was the 1st purchase that my daughter was involved in and it was wonderful. There was NO pressure put on us at the sale or the finance office. Russell is the best period. He is very accommodating and helpful. He will do anything for you and is on top of his game unfortunately I can't imagine what it is like to work with your hands tied. They appraised my car almost 2400 below the paperwork that they provide which is done on line. My wife's Benz had 12K miles on it and was garaged while we owned it. Any service was done at MB. The financial guy will try and sell you as much extended warranty as he can, he is relentless, he doesn't understand no thank you. He is only concerned about his added commission. If you go to Criswell go to Russell, he will be your only bright star in that place. More
Leon listened and ensured my husband walked out with what he wanted and he did just that! He spoke with my husband prior to us arriving and when we got there he was no it! I recently brought in my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee for scheduled maintenance and was told by my "service advisor" that my power steering fluid was leaking and required replacement and was quoted $2,200. scheduled maintenance and was told by my "service advisor" that my power steering fluid was leaking and required replacement and was quoted $2,200. I wasn't anxious to spend $2,200 on a vehicle with almost 100K miles on it so I passed. I have watched the fluid level closely and driven 2,500 miles and there has been NO LEAK or any evidence of a previous leak. This was a shabby attempt at Grand Larceny. When they asked for my feedback on my visit I offered and they did not follow up. I would be very wary of trusting this service department based on my experience. I think the "service advisors" must be more focused on earning commissions than providing honest customer service. More

I've dealt with Criswell for at least 8 years now and have been happy with the service they have provided to-date. They struggled with our most recent request, when I received some random numbers and a f have been happy with the service they have provided to-date. They struggled with our most recent request, when I received some random numbers and a fragmented quotation for the cost of my repairs, followed by silence to my request for better, more accurate information the following day. I called two days later and talked to the service manager at the desk, Jim Clutters, who said he couldn't help me because Shane hadn't entered anything into their service management system, so he didn't know anything about what was wrong with the car. I ended up having them fix the car once I received a reasonably accurate quote, but think they still have some work to do in providing proper estimates for high-dollar repairs. I expect more from Criswell and hope they rectify this. This is not what I expected when I brought my car in for service. More
