I stopped in without an appt and the two women at the counter were so pleasant and said they could fit me in their busy schedule. I thought it would be a long wait but within 10 minutes the tech took my counter were so pleasant and said they could fit me in their busy schedule. I took my Chrysler 300C to Criswell Woodstock, VA for the first time for an overheating issue. Amber in the service was great to work with. She was honest and upfront with options for my repair. She kept me first time for an overheating issue. Amber in the service was great to work with. She was honest and upfront with options for my repair. She kept me informed after leaving car there and always a smile. When I returned to pick it up. The technician Robert that repaired my car greeted me and explained the repair and talked about it with enthusiasm. I will be returning to Criswell in future for any repairs I will need. More
