Criswell Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Thurmont

I stopped into Criswell CDJR of Thurmont on Friday at approx 1 pm to look for a "lid" for a 2021 Wrangler 2-dr without the upgraded subwoofer. Marcos worked with me along with another parts person or tw approx 1 pm to look for a "lid" for a 2021 Wrangler 2-dr without the upgraded subwoofer. Went to the dealership to pick up - tried the new "lid" - it worked perfectly. Much thanks to "my" dealership for life. I have a dealership closer to me and all they wanted to do was match what my VIN said I needed. I told them I wanted to replace the one with the subwoofer hole in it (sub no longer located there) with a solid one. Couldn't get that thru to them. Fortunately, the dealership I bought from Criswell CDJR of Thurmont took the time to help me - Again thanks, Marcos and crew. More

This dealership is all the way in Thurmont, but I believe that I'm going back there to get my oil changed because their service is Top Notch too.
