And James in the service department has been my go to guy whenever I need service done or have questions about my Jeep! He is so helpful and so sweet and sometimes will even take my car over for a car wash if he has time! I had a wonderful experience from the start and do you want to know the thing I love most? It been a year since I bought my Jeep and I still interact with Isabel and she is still so helpful with anything I need! I stopped into Criswell CDJR of Thurmont on Friday at approx 1 pm to look for a "lid" for a 2021 Wrangler 2-dr without the upgraded subwoofer. Marcos worked with me along with another parts person or tw approx 1 pm to look for a "lid" for a 2021 Wrangler 2-dr without the upgraded subwoofer. Went to the dealership to pick up - tried the new "lid" - it worked perfectly. Much thanks to "my" dealership for life. I have a dealership closer to me and all they wanted to do was match what my VIN said I needed. I told them I wanted to replace the one with the subwoofer hole in it (sub no longer located there) with a solid one. Couldn't get that thru to them. Fortunately, the dealership I bought from Criswell CDJR of Thurmont took the time to help me - Again thanks, Marcos and crew. More
