I stopped into Criswell CDJR of Thurmont on Friday at approx 1 pm to look for a "lid" for a 2021 Wrangler 2-dr without the upgraded subwoofer. Marcos worked with me along with another parts person or tw approx 1 pm to look for a "lid" for a 2021 Wrangler 2-dr without the upgraded subwoofer. Marcos worked with me along with another parts person or two (I believe it was Bob and Cory) until they found the part. An hour later it was ordered, got a call Saturday morning the order was in. Went to the dealership to pick up - tried the new "lid" - it worked perfectly. Much thanks to "my" dealership for life. I have a dealership closer to me and all they wanted to do was match what my VIN said I needed. I told them I wanted to replace the one with the subwoofer hole in it (sub no longer located there) with a solid one. Couldn't get that thru to them.
