Although the problem with the vehicle was definitely disconcerting, the service department remained confident that it would be taken care of, and after numerous tries it was indeed. Both Mr. Hankins an disconcerting, the service department remained confident that it would be taken care of, and after numerous tries it was indeed. Both Mr. Hankins and Mr. Lauer were very helpful to me. I appreciated the explanations, and rental car, and the shuttle to and from Enterprise. I am looking forward to having those two car payments covered by Criswell, as promised. Thanks, again. Kathleen Bavaar Cobb More
Since 1995, we have selected Criswell Chevrolet for their prompt and professional service we have always received in the service department as well as the sales department. We have been very pleased with Nic prompt and professional service we have always received in the service department as well as the sales department. We have been very pleased with Nick Chapman, Bill Hankins and Richard Beckett and other Criswell staff. We would recommend the service and sales department to anyone in need of repairs or a new car or truck. We bought our 2008 Chevy Silverado truck and plan on buying our next Chevy truck from Criswell very soon. We have always received fair pricing whether it be the sales department with Richard Beckett or in the service department with Nick Chapman and Bill Hankins and other Criswell staff. We have all of our fleet vehicles including gm vehicles and ford vehicles, etc serviced by Criswell. We are very satisfied with the performance of these individuals and the mechanic staff. They have always acted as a team. We have recommended to other companies and personal friends to use Criswell Chevrolet. We have always received courtesy calls after all service visits which is very outstanding to achieve the quality level of service they deserve. We have enjoyed the shuttle service for pickup and drop off of our employees to and from Criswell which has been an added benefit and a time saver, etc. We have also appreciated the service department for repairing our vehicles on short notice such as installing new batteries in our Chevy truck just prior to closing which has been an blessing so we can keep our employees on the road and minimize downtime while having the vehicles serviced in the evening hours vs during the work daytime hours. Criswell has always made our fleet vehicles a priority while in the service department as to get the vehicles in and out on time. Keep up the great work!! The purchase was what you would expect from any dealer. The 4 square of death sheet of paper, the visit from the manager, the normal dance. I was ok with that as I expected this. My problems with the de The 4 square of death sheet of paper, the visit from the manager, the normal dance. I was ok with that as I expected this. My problems with the dealer started after I rode off the lot. I had an issue with a new car that clearly was not put there by me. The sales guy let me hang for days and eventually I got a call from the service guy. I sent in pictures of the issue and I was made to feel like this was somehow my doing. I was told by the service guy that he would get back to me but after a few more days, no one contacted me. When I finally got tired of waiting, I went to GM for a resolution. GM pointed me to Apple Valley Chevrolet. When the selling dealer (Criswell), got wind of this, they called and acted like they were doing me a favor by offering to correct the problem. No thanks. I went to Apple Valley Chevrolet and within 15 minutes they had me taken care of, performed the repair, and treated me as if I purchased the vehicle from them. Thank you Apple Valley, you run a top notch operation and I will be back to you for all of my needs in the future. I was later approached by my salesman asking about the incident. He pointed the finger back at the service guy. Whatever, customer service is the job of everyone there, not just the service guy. I sent an e-mail to the general manager detailing my incident, but never heard back. Fast forward to today when I got an invite to leave feedback about my experience. Well here ya go fellas. Enjoy the feedback. I will never return to the dealership again. More
I had a 9:30 appointment and did not have to wait when I pulled into the dealership. Car was taken immediately and I waited in Criswell's remodeled customer lounge. Was informed after a short wait, that t pulled into the dealership. Car was taken immediately and I waited in Criswell's remodeled customer lounge. Was informed after a short wait, that the car would be ready in half an hour. Within that half hour I was escorted to the Cashier's Office to pay the bill. That's to GM Card rewards, my bill was minimal. Love that program. More
They can sell a Corvette fine, just don't take it there for service or you'll be sorry. You'll have more problems when you leave than when you arrived. Pristine Corvette arrives in morning, several hours for service or you'll be sorry. You'll have more problems when you leave than when you arrived. Pristine Corvette arrives in morning, several hours later it's in the back lot in a 8" mud puddle with mud all over the car. Problems still not fixed. And a nice belt-buckle job on the front fender about 6"x6" with 100's of scratches. This place is the #1 worst place to take your new Corvette. They'll ruin it for you and their attempts to repair make things worse. GM should yank their service dept and weld the doors shut. Those service credential/award plaques are an absolute joke! I'd sooner push this thing over a cliff than take it to Criswell again. More
