Minor Body work I went in for the body shop. Got the estimate and even though it was higher than the Other body shop I used in the past, I thought who better fix a C I went in for the body shop. Got the estimate and even though it was higher than the Other body shop I used in the past, I thought who better fix a Chevy than the dealer...well I was very wrong. It took them a week to complete the work which was a very minor scratch on the bumper but when I got the car back it was worse than when I took it in. They matched the wrong color so now my car has two different colors, I am sick over this, as they will not admit wrong doing on the wrong paint color. There is sloppy work with the bumper and a big bump in the right side of the bumper. Never again. I am hoping they will do the right thing and correct the problem. More

I’m a guy who loves his bells and whistles, so as far as available features go, it’s pretty loaded. Had some scheduled maintenance done and a tire plugged. Everyone is very nice, and they even remember my name. Too early to give five stars, but we’ll probably get there soon. More

Went in for general question and seek pricing. I Took my car in for a check up and I had general questions. JJ was amazing, and he was very knowledgeable. He was able to answered all my questions! Bad Service Took my Jeep in there the first time because my mechanic noticed my rear axle leaking. I took my jeep in to have the axle looked at since it was stil Took my Jeep in there the first time because my mechanic noticed my rear axle leaking. I took my jeep in to have the axle looked at since it was still under warranty. When I came back the next day to pick it up they told me they fixed it plus found another defective part. When I went to pull out the oil light came on. I immediately turned around to tell them they forgot to put oil in my car. They assumed I meant the change oil sensor not the oil level. By the time they realized it they made it seem like it wasn't a big deal my engine could of locked up. The owner or GM called me back days later after I filled out the survey telling me it was one of their most experienced Mechanics and apologized. He said I could get a free oil change. I was not coming back to have an oil change done by people whos most experienced mechanic doesn't put oil in a truck. The next oil change I got my mechanic said they never fixed my axle. So I call them to tell them I needed this resolved immediately and while I had it in I needed a safety recall done. They confirmed they had the recall part in so I could drop it. I dropped it off only to get a call hours later saying they didn't have the safety part. The voicemail said it would come in the morning and be put on. It said only to call back if I had questions. I go to pick it up the next day at noon only to be told yeah the recall part is in but your axle wont be fixed until tomorrow night. When I told them I was taking my car because I had to be at work they had already had my car for a day and a half. They laughed it off then told me they could get me a rental car with no apology of why they didnt call me back to say it wasnt going to be finished. I go to pick my car up two days later and return the rental car just for the girl at the front desk to tell me I owe $1200. I told her it was all warranty work and I show her that I just had a free rental car. I said why would they of given me a free rental car if it was not covered. She makes me sit there for 10 minutes then leaves. She comes back says I need to wait for someone to come confirm it. I wait 5 more minutes and as she sees me getting upset she says well you can go talk to the person you have been dealing with. So I take it upon myself to walk out to talk to the guy I had been dealing with. He says it was a clerical mistake and starts laughing it off asking how mad I must of been when I thought I was going to be charged. Then he cannot figure out how to change it to warranty to zero out the bill. He tells me he had to rig it to show 0.00 and that his warranty clerk would be mad at him. I take it back to the girl and she tries to tell me it wasn't right in the system. I said it is not my problem and that if she didn't believe it was warranty she could ask him as if I should be to blame that the employee cannot figure out how to bill it to warranty. I am a patient person but every part of the process both times I have taken my vehicle here I have had issues. More
