Exceptional Service I called Criswell's Service department to schedule a time to bring my truck in for a "check engine" light. Brandon answered and quickly got me a date I called Criswell's Service department to schedule a time to bring my truck in for a "check engine" light. Brandon answered and quickly got me a date and time within two days from when I called. Once there, he was very professional and advised he would give me a call with the diagnosis and options. He called that afternoon, and discussed options with no pressure of doing more than I wanted. Which I really appreciated, knowing some other dealers would have, but Brandon and Criswell did not! He and his Service team finished the work that afternoon and I was back in my truck in no time! This team at Criswell, I would recommend to anyone who is looking for the best! Outstanding Service I brought my 2500 in for a check engine light, turned out to be a DEF injector. I was advised that the part wouldn't be in until later on that day. I needed my truck for a trip we were taking later that day, so Brandon said he would do all he could to get the truck fixed by the end of the day or the next day, and sure enough he and his service team came through for us! He called later in the evening and said it was ready and running great! I couldn't have asked for anything more, Brandon and the rest of the service team are a top notch team! Excellent Customer Service Unfortunately I had 2 issues with my vehicle in a week & on both occasions Anna greeted me with kindness. I handed over recalls, he told me he would order parts for the recalls and then I explained my AC problem. He assured me he could find and fix the problem.
