We were traveling about an hour to get to the dealership so going there multiple times was not an option for us. Peter did a great job handling everything over the phone, by email, and through texts. Wonderful communication, very pleasant to talk to. Negotiations were a breath of fresh air. Any used car will have a few bumps in the process but we got through them with ease. Peter Eaton is a 23-year seasoned professional who shoots straight and attends to every detail of the transaction. There was no going back and forth with a sales manager--he handled the transaction completely and professionally. We were looking for a used car for our son. When a few things weren't to our satisfaction, Peter came in on his day off to get the car completely ready for us. By the time he got done with it, the car was immaculate. We're happy with the car and feel like we were treated fairly and honestly. We live in Virginia but Criswell helped us run the traps of buying a car out-of-state, and their dealer documentation fee is $500 less than all the Virginia dealers. We would do business with Criswell again, and would recommend asking for Peter by name! More
