They told us that due to our credit scores they pulled, our monthly lease rate is higher. We got so worried but two weeks later when we applied for a loan for our house, we found out that our credit scores our monthly lease rate is higher. The higher monthly payment was not that big of a deal but telling us our credit score to be that low was not right and ethical. More

Peter Eaton was our Sales Consultant. We had looked at many pre owned EV and Hybrid Vehicles before coming to Criswell. Had never really felt comfortable with the dealers we had visited. We met him and said we were there to test drive a 2017 Volt Premier. He got everything ready, handed us the keys and said, "come back when you're done." Again, lo We did end up purchasing the 2017 Volt. Even though it was near the end of the day on a Sunday, Peter and the gentleman in Finance took the time to make sure we understood everything related to the deal. I would not hesitate to recommend Criswell, and in particular Peter, to anyone in the market for a pre owned vehicle. More

It’s his demeanor that really stood out, having just the right balance between listening and selling. Criswell is a great dealership too – they DON'T have a bunch of hidden fees or surprises like many other dealerships. I love my car, feel great about the overall experience, and whether it’s purchasing or servicing, I will do more business with Mario and Criswell in the future even though there are other options much closer to me.
