These folks set the standard when it comes to customer ser I purchased my new 2019 Corvette C7 Grand Sport from Criswell Chevrolet this past weekend. These folks set the standard when it comes to customer service, car pricing and car quality. There is a reason why this dealership is at the top of their game - they actually care about the customer, and embody the GM mission to “ keep customers for life.” The Criswell team is well trained and skilled both technically on the cars themselves, and also on the car buying transaction, where they facilitate as much of the process for you as possible. Literally everyone that I met at Criswell was highly competent and pleasant - it reminded me of what a car buying experience should be, but has been long forgotten as buyers seem to now be treated like cattle at many dealerships. Anthony Vattuone has my sincere thanks for turning around what was a nightmarish issue when I attempted to purchase this same car a week earlier at MacMulkin Chevrolet dealership in Nashua, NH (see details under MacMulkin Chevrolet review on Yelp and on this site). Anthony immediately understood the situation, was interested in finding out more about my needs, and put me at ease that I would have a very different experience at Criswell. He did not disappoint. Financing was a breeze, with Steve Krantz offering a very competitive rate - roughly three points LOWER than MacMulkin, addressing all questions and concerns that I had very professionally. As I had driven down from N.Y. with my fiancé, and was unfamiliar with the area, Steve helped me to find a great restaurant in town to celebrate her birthday that night - that was a huge help also! We had some logistical challenges coming in from N.Y. with a rental car that we needed to return. Aidan Uffelman, Service Advisor, took the burden of coordinating the car rental drop off of for us by contacting the company He was more than helpful, and was literally on the phone within the car rental company for over 45 minutes to sort things out. Very appreciated. The General Manager, Jason Witte was engaged, and made sure that the whole transaction went as I expected. And Greg Hoffman, the Commercial Finance Manager, was kind enough to drive us to our hotel so we didn’t have to wait for a cab. My new C7 is everything that I thought it was. It was cared for and detailed beautifully by a team of people who have good values, and know what great quality and customer service look like. These folks have your needs as a customer as their top priority, and are as professional as they are authentic. If you are in the market for a car - go to Criswell. They will care for you as if you’re family, and you’ll have a great car buying experience. More

Great Buying experience from the time I picked up the phone So,after being irritated by several large dealerships locally to me and then traveling a LONG distance to another major dealership and leaving annoyed So,after being irritated by several large dealerships locally to me and then traveling a LONG distance to another major dealership and leaving annoyed after being assured the car I wanted was ready for sale I just happened upon and still can’t believe my luck after tiring searches on line,I found the VERY hard to get,VERY low miles Jeep Cherokee and particularly wanted this years model (those looking for a Limited or TrailHawk will know EXACTLY what I mean),I picked up the phone REAL fast and called Criswell at their 499 Quince location.I guess the tone of my voice showed my irritation for my car hunt, I was very specific about asking if this car wa,infact,available on the lot. Chip patiently explained that yes it was,and that he had personally looked at the vehicle and it was in excellent condition inside and out. My wife and I jumped in my car and headed straight to the dealership (about 1 1/2 hr drive),When we got there we saw the 19 Cherokee Limited and initially didn’t think it was the one we came to look at and thought it was a new one(yep,the sales rep hadn’t been wrong,this was awesome),I guess Chip already saw us and kindly hit the remote start from inside the dealership offices before he came out. I was impressed,actually,WAY impressed by the asking price considering it is fully loaded,and I DO mean FULLY loaded...............it’s in service date was only 4 months before,yep,FOUR months and only a few thousand miles,and I do mean few,can count the Ks on one hand!!! I could see by my wife’s face even before she opened the car door she loved it(can never get her to keep a poker face) we both looked around the exterior,not a dent or scratch,nothing.Interior was perfect,navigation worked flawlessly,sunroof,smooth and gliding,leather very soft,still had that fresh smell.The car was really flawless,is flawless. Stereo,combined with the factory sub really pushes out the tunes.I guess I am crowing,but consider this,this car is 4 months old,so we get all of the warranty,minus only 4 months,incredibly low low low miles and saved HUGE $$$$$$$$ over a new one(when you consider the dealer took delivery in July and it originally sold in August of this year) I am a very happy buyer. Chip made the buying process VERY easy and streamlined,laid out the great price with tag,title processing charge etc and I snapped up the offer as it was WAYYYYY less than new,and way less than comparable vehicles where I live that are NOT fully loaded with CONSIDERABLY more mileage, and I do mean considerably more mileage. I had intended to purchase a MaxCare plan directly from Mopar,via Ziegler online as they are currently offering sale prices,the dealership offered me the same for less,so I left very happy,with a great car,a very long warranty over and above the factory warranty and still have money in my pocket.How often does THAT happen? Easy easy easy buying process Finance manager,Rob,was very friendly and offered me additional options over and above the MaxCare I wanted,but when I declined he didn’t push anything and finalized the deal. In the meantime Chip had taken off the window stickers and thoroughly cleaned off the residue and was ready to put the temp tag on our ready to go vehicle.He also took the time to help my wife pair her phone which was a kind gesture. Everything was fluid,we arrived around 1pm and left alittle after 3.30 pm A perfect experience from a buyers point of view,no hassles,no stress,just an easy transaction. More

Criswell - and Mr Carter - came through by being responsive, open to communicate by email and text, providing meaningful information - and with no undue pressure. I was happy to see a dealership that recognizes that in this age of digital communication and Internet, the ol’ pressure tactic of “you must come in before I give you any meaningful information” are over. Once I visited the dealership Mr Carter had already pulled up the vehicle that I had selected and had it ready for a test drive. I ended up buying a slightly different one on the same day. He was mindful of my time and when his Finance office was backed up offered lunch and gave us a time window to leave and to come back to sign the paperwork. More
