This is my second vehicle I have bought from Criswell and Jose has been my sales person on both times. Jose is the reason I came to a Criswell dealer in the first place. A national Corvette sales institution and valuable asset Mike has become something of a living legend in the national Corvette and automotive enthusiast community. He has a huge number of devoted followers. Mike has become something of a living legend in the national Corvette and automotive enthusiast community. He has a huge number of devoted followers. He has always lived up to that reputation in his dealings with me, dating back six years ago when I first bought a 2015 Z06 from Criswell, and now with my recent 2020 C8 purchase. Not only was the sales experience itself very transparent and easy (following a very helpful waiting list process), but Mike doggedly pursued the logistical process with GM in getting the C8 shipped cross country to California and finally conveyed to my courtesy dealer. I have recommended Mike and Criswell to others, and will continue to do so in the months and years ahead (and likely will myself become a "threepeat" customer in a few years). Criswell has itself a very valuable sales asset in Mike! More

He also gave us honest answers to our questions and concerns, even if we weren't thrilled with the answers. Drove 5+ hours to test drive a 2019 Silverado Duramax 3500HD and everything was ready for us when we got there. The vehicle was every bit as nice as Mario assured us it would be. Actual purchase transaction was painless and we were headed home with the truck within a couple of hours. Mario also worked hard to answer our questions after we got home. Great experience and we love the truck. Would definitely do business with Criswell and Mario again. More
