Direct negotiation, best price I found, easy I called Jose and told him I was comparison shopping for a Chevy Equinox. He also was able to email me a quote which made things easier for me as well. The quote also ended up being the best deal out of multiple other dealers I had contacted. My buying experience with Jose was no hassle, friendly and direct. If we are in the marked for a second car we will go to Criswell and deal with Jose again. More
