Russell is truly one of a kind! He has a unique way of pulling you in and making you feel comfortable. I have been to plenty of dealerships that say one thing on the phone then try to change it when you pulling you in and making you feel comfortable. Russell was awesome! You won’t find a more customer-oriented salesmen. He engaged quickly on my inquiry and followed up as stated. Being a long time leasee and familiar with the factors to a lease deal, I despise dealers that beat around the bush and confuse. Russell got right to the bottom line with a detailed breakdown in order to provide me with a best and clear lease quote. Further he wrapped the sale up by adjusting his schedule and delivering the vehicle to my home. How many do that? I highly recommend Russell especially for seasoned leesee’s like me that tend to purchase vehicles without stepping foot in the dealership. More
