We have never had such an easy and pleasurable experience buying a car. I work as a doctor on the front lines in a hospital and have 3 young children. When the transmission in our minivan blew I panicked. There is just not enough time in the day. Russell was absolutely amazing! We never had to go to the dealer. We contacted him about what we were looking for and he found the perfect minivan. We never had to set foot into a dealership. He brought us the minivan to test drive at our home. He even picked up our 2 trade ins. We didn’t even have to take our tags to DMV to turn in. He did that for us. I just can’t say enough good things about Russell and about this experience. He’s family. Thank you Russell! More
