Horrible experience - 2hrs for a scheduled oil change? Why? Purchase maintenance prepaid package $4K when brought my Tahoe. You have my money. Why not have an express lube oil like you do at Criswell Honda in Germantown or do Oil changes Tue/ Thurs in the morning and have a team get you in and out in 30 mins. HMMM Say Jiffy Lube - really guys. Not customer user friendly. Didn't know I need to drop my vehicle off for the day for an oil change at the dealer. More
