Contacted the dealer for a camaro I found online though edmunds.com. Gene contacted me about the vehicle and sale. Right off the get go wouldn't give me any information I asked about, told me there was edmunds.com. Gene contacted me about the vehicle and sale. Right off the get go wouldn't give me any information I asked about, told me there was a privacy law not allowing him to tell me anything. I looked around on the dealership website and found the carfax THEY provide. Asked questions that were found on the carfax report itself and he still wouldn't give me any information that was in the public report offered on the dealer website. Finally told him I would do some digging on my own to get the information I was looking for. Found the car was in two accidents bad enough to be towed to the dealer then sent out for repair work ( I can only figure so that the repairs didn't get reported). Then next day I brought this up to him and the fact the car was on his lot for over 4 months. I asked for their best price with this information and never heard another peep from him. Stay away from here or at least make sure you dig into the vehicle and tell them you want all the reports you can think of More

This was the first vehicle I purchased from Criswell Chevrolet and it was a very good experience. I ordered/purchased a 2021 Corvette from Criswell which meant a year long relationship with the dealer. Aundre was my guy from the start and he was absolutely wonderful the entire time. He also responded to each of my inquiries (calls and texts) which grew in frequency to almost daily as I got closer to delivery. He made the entire process feel special.
