My Caffeine Metallic Corvette Convertible was delivered last week. My experience, from order to delivery was excellent! Service advisor was great. I was told my truck was out of alignment by approximately 1 inch with only 11000 miles. Ironically I listened to another service advisor tell another I was told my truck was out of alignment by approximately 1 inch with only 11000 miles. Ironically I listened to another service advisor tell another customer the same thing and same measurement. I asked to have this checked into the service manager said that it’s just what happens. They gave me a courtesy car wash at the same time bent my fireman‘s license plate up and broke channel window vent by having the window down while washing the truck. I did not report it at the timer service but will call corporate on Monday morning. With this type of service I would not return. The worst part of the service was I made an appointment for 8 AM a week and a half prior and still had to wait three hours. No reason to make an appointment if it’s first come first serve More
