I can say that the sales representative , Knox Masiyakurima, was outstanding. I know he was doing his best to insure that I was satisfied, I love the new car and am very happy with the vehicle. I am aware that I could have rejected it but moved along. I know my car was valued at much more that $62K. Secondly, in the business/finance office, I was shown a paper stating that my credit score was only 693, which came as a shock to my wife and me. The score was from Experian I was told. I have the Experian App on my phone and know that my score was over 730. I got a letter in the mail the following Monday show my score was 736. Equifax score shows 756. I was also treated with the utmost respect by the service department, especially from Dina B. Again, I am overall satisfied with the deal minus the issues I mentioned. More

I pass over six Chevrolet dealerships every day going to and from work, but I drive forty five minutes out of the way to go to Criswell Chevrolet and it is worth it every time. Sales People, Service People and other employees have been pleasant to deal with and have gone out of their way for my families needs. Russell is a really nice guy who and top notch when it came to helping me buy my 2023 Chevy Bolt. The process started in July 2022 when I contacted him via email to inquire about buying the car. He then proceeded to help me figure out what I wanted in the car and suggested putting in an order even though it did not commit me to making the purchase. Russell gave me a heads up that the car was arriving this week and scheduled an appointment with him I wouldn't have to wait to test drive the car. When I arrived at the dealership, he did a quick tutorial before I took the Bolt for a drive. The car is great and Russell continued to help me through the buying process. He encouraged me to call if I had any questions once I start driving the car. This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had buy a car. More
