Russel Carter is definitely one of the best in the business in town!!This is my 3rd vehicle that I have purchased from Russell. He is honest and will tell you exactly what you are getting and paying for. Russell was easiest salesperson I have ever dealt with. From the time I put down my deposit through delivery we was very quick in his responses to any questions.
