Even now, we have run into some situations with the vehicle and Mr. Hall is really working with us very hard (without hesitation) to handle the situation and give us a satisfactorily resolution with very minimum out of pocket expense on our part. Considering we purchased a used vehicle, we are being treated as if we purchased a new vehicle and we have NEVER had this type of experience in any other previous dealership.
