The Corvette salesperson, Mike Furman made the buying experience very pleasant. I purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruze in March 2012 and worked with salesman Mike Furman. I have purchased another care from Mike in the past and would not consider purchasing a car from someone other than Mike. with salesman Mike Furman. Mike possess what I consider the perfect salesman qualities; helpful, honest, responsive and knowledgable. Perhaps the most important attribute to me is what Mike is not; an aggressive and pushy salesman. I like making decisions on my timeline, without undue pressure from a salesman. Anyone that feels the same will feel very comfortable dealing with Mike. I also felt confident that I got a good deal on this purchase as I completely trust that Mike was not out to simply make a sale, he was looking to build a long-term relationship. If that is the case, he surely met his goal. The dealership was also very nice. Everyone was very friendly and the facilities are first-class. I truly had a positive experience with my purchase and highly recommend both Criswell and Mike Furman. More
Having to buy a new car was not something I was looking forward to, but I lucked out when I came to Criswell Chevrolet and ran into Tom Rawson on the lot. Although Tom deals primarily with commercial vehic forward to, but I lucked out when I came to Criswell Chevrolet and ran into Tom Rawson on the lot. Although Tom deals primarily with commercial vehicles, he bent over backwards to help me find the perfect car for me and my family. I had done a lot of research online, and I knew exactly what car I was looking for. Tom took the time to get the car from another lot, took me for a test drive, and showed his wealth of knowledge on all the vehicles in the Criswell fleet as he explained the pros and cons of each one for my particular circumstances. In the end, Tom took the time to help me find the perfect car for my situation and then spent a good deal of time and effort to guide me through the financing process so that I could have a safe, affordable car, but still be in something I liked. I am a single mom and I am always hesitant about dealing with people in these types of situations, because I have had bad experiences in the past where people try to "get one over on the little lady." Within the first few minutes of meeting Tom I trusted him and knew that he would not try to swindle me or talk down to me. He was honest and fair and handled the entire transaction professionally but with a friendly, open manner. Yet, my positive experience with Tom and Criswell did not end there. Tom not only reached out to me multiple times after my purchase to make sure I was still happy and to thank me, but also showed me around the lot and made sure that I knew how to schedule my free oil changes (Criswell gives new car buyers 8 free oil changes!), and even helped me install my rubber floor mats and new license plates! All in all, I was very lucky to have the experience I was dreading turn into a pleasant surprise, but found a car dealer in Tom that I actually trust and hope to work with again in the future! More
