As both a Fleet Manager for a local company and as a private consumer, the folks at Criswell have all been top notch. I have personally done business with Mike Furman for 8 years and have always found private consumer, the folks at Criswell have all been top notch. I have personally done business with Mike Furman for 8 years and have always found him to be honest, personable, knowledgeable, and very fair. Service and sales are really the best in the neighborhood. Whenever I require a vehicle that Criswell supports, I always contact them for a price. More

He gave me a price which hot my target. No haggling. Easy to work with. Less than a year later, I brought my son there, and he also got an excellent deal. No BS, no haggling. Very polite, very patient, very low-pressure, very pleasant, and after-the-sale followup was also excellent. Really, if you want a Chevy, hard to beat Criswell. And if you're going to Criswell, ask for Stefan Kube- he'll treat you right. It is that simple. M-F 9-5 my phone number is 301-468-1767 if you want to make sure I am not a 'bot. More
I had never bought a brand new car off the lot, I went through the Costco Auto Buying Program and when I walked into Criswell Chevrolet the salesperson Stefan greeted me with a great smile and personality through the Costco Auto Buying Program and when I walked into Criswell Chevrolet the salesperson Stefan greeted me with a great smile and personality. I went in there knowing what I wanted and he worked it out to where I drove out of there with the car I wanted. Stefan was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot and I plan on going back there to purchase a new truck within the next year and I will use Stefan once more. More
Easy exchange and friendly, professional staff. Stefan picked us up from the metro stop to bring us to the dealership and we hadn't even committed to buying the car yet. I would recommend this dealership picked us up from the metro stop to bring us to the dealership and we hadn't even committed to buying the car yet. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
I live in Alabama and was looking for a specific Chrysler 300 to purchase for my mother who also lives in a different state from the Dealership. I found this dealership online, made a call and Noah was the 300 to purchase for my mother who also lives in a different state from the Dealership. I found this dealership online, made a call and Noah was the sales agent to help me. Realizing that they did indeed have the exact car i was looking for, Noah quickly went to work taking pics, noting any dings, gathering former owner info, etc and then we moved on to the price Neg process. Their pricing was quite a bit better than I expected so I was very happy with end result regarding our negotiations. Noah was personable, knowledgeable and handled everything swiftly...The paperwork was something I worried about since this dealership is in MD and I am in AL who is purchasing a car for someone in TX but once again, Noah and the office people quickly figured out the best way to make this purchase happen. It was a cash deal and the paperwork was basically a breeze. I had to make arrangements with a transport company to pick up the car and deliver it to TX and that process went smooth as well. My mother is happy, the car is perfect and she's already driven it to AL to see me in it and it's stunning. If you are an online shopper, don't hesitate to contact this dealership to look at their vast variety of New or Used cars and don't hesitate to ask for Noah!! I am very happy I did.. More
My wife and I entered in and were kindly approached by Noah Greaney. We explained in detail our situation, money, credit etc. He made us feel as though something could be worked out. Showed us cars and we Noah Greaney. We explained in detail our situation, money, credit etc. He made us feel as though something could be worked out. Showed us cars and we chose. Now the part of waiting, two people needing but not having what would make a company or banks say we can trust them. There is where Don Boone comes in to play. He worked with us with such confidence, as though we needed a second chance! While long story short we still have out 2011 Chevy Malibu.. I believe this would be the place for me to purchase all of my cars. I have told many people about this place and they too have driven away with a car. Sometimes in life we need to learn to treat others the way we want someone to treat us or our loved ones. I know this to be that kind of place. Reception area could use a little kindness but I know with phones ringing that alone is stressful but a smile don't hurt or harm anyone. More
The purchase was what you would expect from any dealer. The 4 square of death sheet of paper, the visit from the manager, the normal dance. I was ok with that as I expected this. My problems with the de The 4 square of death sheet of paper, the visit from the manager, the normal dance. I was ok with that as I expected this. My problems with the dealer started after I rode off the lot. I had an issue with a new car that clearly was not put there by me. The sales guy let me hang for days and eventually I got a call from the service guy. I sent in pictures of the issue and I was made to feel like this was somehow my doing. I was told by the service guy that he would get back to me but after a few more days, no one contacted me. When I finally got tired of waiting, I went to GM for a resolution. GM pointed me to Apple Valley Chevrolet. When the selling dealer (Criswell), got wind of this, they called and acted like they were doing me a favor by offering to correct the problem. No thanks. I went to Apple Valley Chevrolet and within 15 minutes they had me taken care of, performed the repair, and treated me as if I purchased the vehicle from them. Thank you Apple Valley, you run a top notch operation and I will be back to you for all of my needs in the future. I was later approached by my salesman asking about the incident. He pointed the finger back at the service guy. Whatever, customer service is the job of everyone there, not just the service guy. I sent an e-mail to the general manager detailing my incident, but never heard back. Fast forward to today when I got an invite to leave feedback about my experience. Well here ya go fellas. Enjoy the feedback. I will never return to the dealership again. More
I purchased my vehicle sight unseen via e-mail...from Spain. The Sales Rep (Arsalan Adeel) worked very hard to find the car with the specs I wanted, made me a GREAT deal, and held the car for six weeks Spain. The Sales Rep (Arsalan Adeel) worked very hard to find the car with the specs I wanted, made me a GREAT deal, and held the car for six weeks until I arrived in the U.S. Fantastic! There were three slight blemishes to the otherwise good experience. First, Arsalan was Johnny-on-the-spot with communications (via e-mail) while we were working towards a deal, but after we made the deal, it seemed he fell off the grid. Perhaps if I had been in the area and not 4,000 miles away it would have been easier to communicate via phone. Second, when I called and spoke with the Sales Manager (Brian Geist) once I arrived in the area two days prior to picking up the vehicle (since I hadn't been able to reach the Sales Rep), he seemed a bit put off. Rather than an unconditional "Hey great; we'll see you on Saturday," I got "Oh, you're the guy who we went and found the car for and have been holding it for a while." It seemed a bit disdainful. Not terrible, just not as friendly as I expected. Third, the Arsalan tried to renegotiate the deal when I arrived to pick up the car. He was trying to "cut [his] losses" and get the purchase price back to dealer invoice. He immediately acquiesced when I assertively reminded him of the deal we made. Perhaps that's a standard sales tactic, but for me, it makes the whole car buying experience a bit more uncomfortable. On a very positive note, the finance rep (Jim Carter) was GREAT on the day I came to pick up the vehicle and finalize the deal. He was very helpful and patient as I worked out a bit of a SNAFU with my bank concerning the pre-approved loan. Also, the follow-up with the service staff (Chris Lauer) for some required minor post-delivery servicing has also been great. Again, overall good experience. More
Working with Noah Greaney was a pleasure. Noah was very polite, professional and patience. Under the circumstances, I wasn't the best person to deal with.
