Everyone is so friendly and eager to help, no matter what your questions or concerns might be. Three years ago, I bought my very first Chevy from a young salesman, Dan Drayton. Last week, I returned to Criswell and asked for Dan because I wanted to test-drive an Equinox. I was delighted to learn that he was still there! We went for the test-drive and Dan explained the workings of all the "bells and whistles"---it was great fun. Today, I returned to purchase the Equinox that I took out last weekend. Dan happened to be juggling TWO Equinox sales simultaneously and managed to do so "with style and grace...and, oh yes, good humor!" Even though he told me that he wasn't much good at multi-tasking, he kept his eye on the prize (both of them) and succeeded. I appreciated his honesty and integrity 3 years ago and I felt the same way today after I traded in my '09 Malibu for my new '12 Equinox. I would recommend him to ANY of my friends & family, at any time. At one point in the transaction, his manager (Rich) interceded and was equally knowledgeable and helpful. Noah was great!!! He was not pushy, allowed me to make my decision in my time, and answered all of my questions. I'm use to salespeople being great right up to the end of the purchase, after that you never h decision in my time, and answered all of my questions.
