When I went to pick up the car, there were no surprises, except good ones. The deal was confirmed, and the transaction took about an hour from beginning to end. Mike is a Corvette expert, and knows as much about Vettes as I do - the first time I've run across that in my Vette buying experiences. Mike and the rest of the crew were friendly, but professional and VERY efficient with our time and theirs. I have averaged buying one car a year over the last 50 years, and haven't run into a more pleasant overall buying experience. I would send my daughter to buy a car from Mike, and not worry about it. Mike closed the deal for us with a great price. Mike has been a good friend too, we chat frequently and talk vette's all the time. When we decide on another new Chevy we'll be visiting mike again. He gave us a fair price on our baby-blue 2013 Chevy Volt, which two weeks ago had 19 miles and now has 1,000 miles and also very easy to deal with.
