My experience working with Mike Furman was a pleasure. A Corvette is a technical product and most Corvette buyers have more product knowledge than the people selling them. I worked with Chris and Tim on the purchase of my 2003 Corvette. I originally started with Tim, but he took ill and Chris stepped in to help me. God willing in 3 years, I will return to Mike Furman and Criswell Chevy to trade my C6 for a C7. As to the deal and the salesman, it was a perfect match. We bought a Volt and he owns one so he was ready for my every question. Stefan made sure that I got every incentive that was available.......and there were many. My overall impression of the dealer and all of its departments is positive. We were going to buy a Volt however we had no idea where we would buy one. After a general internet search of dealers,I received responses from many. The other dealers used every trick to entice us other than the information we requested. Stefan's straight forward approach was refreshing and so we called him first. Three days later we were driving our Volt. Stefan made the whole process enjoyable and effortless. His unassuming air and knowledgeable manner put a wonderful personality on the entire Criswell organization. When we left we wished we had a "pocket Stefan" to take with us! Working with Stefan has been the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever gone through. He was super accomodating and knowledgeable of the product (Chevy Volt) I was interested in (he drives on buying experience I have ever gone through. There wasn't much negotiating to be done since the price that was originally offered was very reasonable. Any negotiations that were done was completed over email, which I prefered. Since I wasn't local, this made the car buying experience super easy. I'd definitely recommend Criswell Chevy to any prospective buyer. I know when my lease is up, I'll be going back to Stefan to possibly purchase or get a brand new Volt! More
I own 4 Culligan dealerships and have over 50 vehicles in our fleet. I was searching for a new "prototype" service van online when I was referred to Criswell. Dan Hornick was assigned and he was absoltuely our fleet. I was searching for a new "prototype" service van online when I was referred to Criswell. He listened to my needs, found a vehicle that seemed to meet them, and drove one up to my office in New Oxford, PA so my General Manager and I could test drive it. Then we went to work on the price and was able to meet our needs their too. The paperwork was effortless and in no time my new van was being built. We had a target of delivery by 12/14 since I wanted to show off the new vehicle at our Christmas Party on 12/15, and Dan made that happen too, personally delivering the van on 12/14. He coordinated the Line-X, vehicle wrap, and wheel covers with such care that when he wasn't satisfied with the wheel covers, he found another vendor very close to my office and got me better covers for the same price. Not only will I be buying from Criswell again, I will also highly recommend you and especially Dan. Merry Christmas! More
Mike was the best salesman I have dealt with in over 45 years of purchasing cars! That should tell you enough. It was hard to find a salesman that knows more about Corvettes than I do, but he does! I was interested in purchasing a new Malibu for my son. I had talked to Arsaln on the phone a few times and he was to return my call and set up an appointment. I had explained that I am in meetings a good part of the day and we made arrangements for him to call at a certain time. I received a call but it was 2 hours late. When I called the dealership to talk to him no one could ever find him. I really wanted the car for my son's birthday and even though I was getting angry I showed up at the dealership and spoke with this guy outside that turned out to be Arsaln. He apologized for being late to return the calls. He was going to look for the car I wanted and let me know. I don't understand it. I intended on paying cash and now here I sit again waiting for a call that hasn't arrived. There are many dealerships around. More
