From my first encounter was when I purchased a 2004 Monte Carlo and recent a 2012 Cruze for my wife who was very impressed with the selection of vehicles and the level of attention provided during the selection and delivery which went exceptionally well. Criswell Chevrolet service department provides superior service and in a timely manner which means a lot these days. Criswell Chevrolet will always handle my vehicle maintenance. BillK More
My experience was Amazing! I told Mr. Sell what I was looking for and he had the car cleaned, fueled, and ready to go before I got there. The reason I purchased my vehicle from Criswell was from the grea looking for and he had the car cleaned, fueled, and ready to go before I got there. The reason I purchased my vehicle from Criswell was from the great quality service that my father had 3 weeks previous when purchasing a car from Mr. Sell. Since I was there later in the day and I am guessing that was the reason for the wait to talk to Finance altough Mr. Krantz was very helpful. Overall couldn't be happier. Kyle Rice More
This was my first purchase from Criswell and it was probably the best new car buying experience I've had in the 40 years I've been buying cars. Stefan Kube went out of his way to help in finding out w probably the best new car buying experience I've had in the 40 years I've been buying cars. Stefan Kube went out of his way to help in finding out what incentives we qualified for and there was no pressure. The price was great and everyone from financing to the service department was friendly and helpful. I couldn't be happier with my new Corvette. More
Shopped for a new Chevy Volt online. Got the best price from Stefan and they also had the color/options I was looking for. We agreed on the price ahead of time, walked in, drove the car and then we complet from Stefan and they also had the color/options I was looking for. We agreed on the price ahead of time, walked in, drove the car and then we completed the paper work. No hassle, no going back to 'adjust' the price with extra fees. Very smooth experience. In addition, Stefan drives a Volt so he was very knowledgeable about the car. More
I came in interested in a new Volt. Arsalan was very knowledgeable about the Volt and answered pretty much any question I could think of about it. I had gone to a nearby Nissan dealership a few weeks b knowledgeable about the Volt and answered pretty much any question I could think of about it. I had gone to a nearby Nissan dealership a few weeks before and took a Leaf on a test drive and those guys knew hardly ANYTHING about that car. So Arsalan's knowledge about the car was a big help. He found a Volt for me in the color I wanted with the options I wanted, then worked with me on the price so I went away feeling I had gotten a good discount on the car and a fair price for my trade-in. Jackie was up-front with me on the contract and all the different warranty options, so overall I was very pleased with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone in the market for a Chevy. By the way, the Volt they sold me is amazing so far. More
After a disasterous weekend of dealing with the very unprofessional and unethical GM Richard Cunningham at Ourisman Rockmont Chevrolet and his "Tom Foolery" manipulation of the numbers, I proceeded dire unprofessional and unethical GM Richard Cunningham at Ourisman Rockmont Chevrolet and his "Tom Foolery" manipulation of the numbers, I proceeded directly to Criswell Chevrolet on Tuesday. I was greeted by Stefan Kube and Chris Britt and for obvious reasons, I was in no mood for anything except the best price they could do on my trade and the Volt my wife had selected. Within 15 minutes, we had agreed upon a trade value for my wife's current Volt, as well as a price on her choice of the new Volt. And get this, when asked directly if this was the "out the door price?", Chris Britt looks me square in the eye and replies, "Yes, that's it. We don't add back in freight or anything else..." WOW!! That's a novel idea, agree to a price and stick to it!!! Ourisman Rockmont Chevrolet owner Robert Ourisman and his "no people skill" GM Richard Cunningham could learn a thing or two from this concept!! Selling cars isn't just about being nice to your face and then changing the numbers at the finance table by adding back in freight, to otherwise unsuspecting customers who are excited about their new car (especially after it has already been accounted for in the sticker price!), it's about the entire experience and the relationship based on TRUST beyond the sale!!! Stefan Kube and Chris Britt are men of their words. If they can make it happen, they will! If they can not, then they will be honest and tell you that they can not. So, what started out to be a weekend of deceit and lies by one dealership (Ourisman Rockmont Chevrolet), in which GM Richard Cunningham REFUSED to sell my wife and I a $40K+ vehicle because I questioned how the agreed upon numbers changed at the finance office, he slams the purchase folder shut, nearly putting my 11 y/o daughter in tears, and walks out of the office... turned out to be wonderful experience at Criswell Chevrolet. While finalizing the deal, my 9 y/o son and 6 y/o daughter was encouraged by staff to sit in a $125K Corvette, when they asked, because they could see he was in such awe of the car. While I'm saying, "No, no, no son, stay away from the cars." The staff was like, "He's okay, keep playing kids. We're watching 'em..." We actually ended up buying a more expensive Volt because the deal (and experience) was just that much better!! Chris Britt and Stefan Kube, I want to THANK YOU for restoring my faith in the car buying process. I am a person of principal, and to a fault, would probably go bankrupt on that very principal alone. Mr Criswell, you have a very professional and ethical staff, coupled with a "top-notch" facility. There is a reason Criswell Chevrolet is the #1 Volt dealer in the US! But make no mistake, I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH OURISMAN ROCKMONT CHEVROLET AGAIN IN ANY CAPACITY WHATSOEVER and will always advise family and friends to do the same. "You DON'T always get your way at Ourisman Chevrolet! And if you ask for clarification of the numbers at the finance table, they will ask you to leave when they are caught and can not justify them!! Your father would be ashamed Mr. Ourisman... I'm sure he would've returned my calls!! More

Edited Customer Service from 3 to 1 , and Overall Experience from 2 o 1, after the dealer management contacted me to resolve the problem, then reneged. ** ---------------------------- Sales Experence Great, Service Experence Poor I should point out that my new car buying experience could not have been better with Criswell. I ordered my new camaro on the 1st day of ordering, and entire year before they hit the streets, I have camaro #8 My experience with the Service dept was initially very good, but it deteriorated and now I find myself very unhappy. Criswell even idnoted the BBB inquirey and as a result it took their rating from a D+ down to an F (you can find this on the BBB website) My complaint is two fold. 1) the drivers seat warmer that may never have worked from the beginning, and a rear end noise that I broight in for repair, paid for a repair, and the noise was still there. Regarding the seat. Service was aware of the issue while it was in its warrantee period, but I did not want to bring it in till I had another service to deal with. Criswell did not seem to mind saying they could still fix it after the warrantee period, bit when a simple seat heared turned out to be a ridiculous $1000 they wanted me to then pay half! (for a seat warmer!) I declined, so its still broken. And why would bot the back and bottom warmers be broken (or never worked) at the same time? The 2nd was the rear end noise. I brought in the car ahead of time so service could test drive it. They said they had an idea of what it was and there was a service bulletin on it. I was led to believe it was under warrantee. A few days later I was called and asked to pay $156 to change out the fluid and that would positively fix it. They said its maintenance and needs to be done first. I said I’m a mechanical Engineer and I have a hard time beliving that. The interval for this service is 100,000 miles, and I had apx 53,000. They said the DC area should be considered severe service area and as such the intervial is 59,000 miles. I would need to pay this first. I agreed because they would not touch it otherwise. When it was fixed they told me it had been test driven and all was good. I came in, paid the bill and no sooned had I moved 50 feet in the car, there was the noise! I went and grabbed the service agent Dina and she had the lead mechanic ride with me in the car. He confirmed it was still there, and just started providing excuses. He suggested replacing the brakes. (even though the 50 point inspection showed them to be in allowable limits). He said the tread wear on one tire was more than the other (I had replaced one) . I replied that the noise had been there before the tire change and I did not see how a new one would change the situation. I left in utter disgust with the relivation that they did not have a clue what they were doing over there! I like the Criswell Organization, but this has really left a bad taste in my mouth. More
My husband and I were a little apphrensive as we searched for a brand new car due to the reputation dealerships typically tend to have. A friend referred us to this dealership and we ended up being really ha for a brand new car due to the reputation dealerships typically tend to have. A friend referred us to this dealership and we ended up being really happy he did. We worked with car salesman Dan Drayton, who was extremely nice, friendly, knowledgable, and diligent. There was no pushiness and I was really happy about this. My husband even said on the way home, that he was fantastic! He along with his manager (I believe), Chris Britt, were able to get us a really great deal. Britt was really pleasant too! Jackie Wells, who did all of our paperwork, was so sweet and had such a great attitude-which was especially nice since we had kept them there 45 mins. past their closing time. It was a really smooth process and needless to say- we are extremely satisfied by our experience and especially our new car! More
