Carter-Porter, Dakota/Willy- Advisor are the best. They do an excellent job in communicating and making sure the customers needs are met. I recommend asking for them at all times. My 2017 Tahoe was purchased from this dealership and is dead at 57k miles due to catastrophic engine failure. The dealer looked at me straight in the eyes and presented me with an estimate 11-14k to replac dead at 57k miles due to catastrophic engine failure. The dealer looked at me straight in the eyes and presented me with an estimate 11-14k to replace the engine. GM corporate was completely worthless and both sides (GM corporate and dealership ) were playing games passing me back and forth saying “oh you need to talk to xyz about that”. Was an endless circle. In hindsight, this all makes since since there is a massive class action lawsuit building regarding GM's fuel management system and how it destroys the camshafts and lifters). Needless to say I am extremely pissed off and this has been a major blow to our family. No engine regardless of a warranty should crap out anywhere close to 60k … yes parts can be replaced but not the entire engine. Absolute joke of a product and joke of customer service. furthermore, after i digested the terrible news i asked "well what would you folks folks offer me to buy it as is?"... the guy said "probably $500-$1000!!!! I immediately panicked and went to several other dealerships to see what they'd offer (including @carmax) , and they were all in the ballpark of $21K. This just proves how shady of a dealership this is. I would never do business with them again nor get a quote for a repair or service. Brian Norwood and Criswell Cheverolet were great to work regarding purchasing a new C8 Corvette Convertible. I shopped several Chevy Dealers in Virginia and Florida that were horrible with following up wit regarding purchasing a new C8 Corvette Convertible. I shopped several Chevy Dealers in Virginia and Florida that were horrible with following up with me and playing games with fees and pricing, but Brian consistently followed up with me with pricing and other needed information. Brian also took the time to demonstrate the car and had it detailed before delivery. Brian's enthusiasm and knowledge made my experience a good one and I highly recommend Chriswell and Brian Norwood.
