I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Stefan/Jackie/Criswell. I usually cringe when I have to deal with new car sales people - I hate the petty, high pressure games they play. They gave me a great price; they ran numbers every way I asked them; they answered every question I had; they did not pressure me; and they went out of their way to complete the transaction. Stefan actually drove 30 miles to my work to finish the paperwork and deliver the car. I cannot recommend these guys strongly enough. If I am in the market for another Chevy, I will go to Criswell even though they are a bit of a hike for me. STRONGLY Recommend. Really a pleasure in every way More

We saw the car we wanted and the remaining process went very smooth. We dealt with Dan Drayton. He was very knowledgable of the vehicle we were purchasing. He even took the time to activate my bluetooth before we left with our new car. From the price negotiation to the final closing, everyone acted very professional and knowledgable. I found this dealership through a credit union recommendation, and a credit union new car purchasing program. Brian Geist, Arsalan Adeel and Steve Krantz were all wonderful. Particularly noteworthy was the relaxed attitude of all the staff, in particular with Arsalan. At no time did I feel pressured, or inspired, to purchase products I didn't want or need. When I said no to product offerings they understood and did not use pressure techniques to inspire a change of mind. This relaxed attitude and low pressure environment are the key things that I remember from my sales experience, and would be my main reasons for a recommendation to this dealership. Buying a car can be stressful and the staff do all they can to ensure no added pressures are on your mind during the purchasing process. Arsalan also introduced me to my service manager and the parts team, who were very knowledgeable about my new vehicle. I plan to install some aftermarket parts and the staff was very forthcoming with useful information that allows me to use my aftermarket parts and accessories, while maintaining factory warranty. Thanks to Shaun in parts who is very knowledgeable about vehicle modifications, vehicle specific forums, and aftermarket parts retailers! I also found the car I wanted due to the large selection available here. My local small-town dealer only had a fifth of the selection I found at Criswell. I have had a Five-Star experience dealing with Criswell Chevrolet's fleet sales division for years so when I was doing my research on the best dealers to work with for purchasing a 2013 Volt, it came as no Chevrolet's fleet sales division for years so when I was doing my research on the best dealers to work with for purchasing a 2013 Volt, it came as no surprise that Criswell was the most recommended dealer in the area. This was, by far, the best retail experience I have had when purchasing a new vehicle. My wife and I were really impressed with the facility and all the staff. Stefan Kube was the perfect sales representative to deal with for us because he was extremely knowledgeable of the product and went out of his way (literally!) to help us get the exact car that we wanted. He is the only car sales representative that I have dealt with thus far that didn't seem like he just memorized some product literature and tried to sell you what they have as opposed to what you want. Steve Krantz did an excellent job of explaining the various additional service options that were available and helped us choose the ones that worked best for us. He made what is usually the most dreaded part of the car purchasing experience seem quick and easy. If you are looking for a Volt or if you are just tired of the typical car dealer experience, this is definitely the place to go. More
