Gary and Stefan are a great customer service team. Gary knew we were trying to decide between two brands and models, one of which was not available at their dealership location. We test drove the Avalanch knew we were trying to decide between two brands and models, one of which was not available at their dealership location. We test drove the Avalanche over to the Honda dealer where we test drove the Ridgeline. After returning to the Chevrolet dealership we looked at color combos we were not previously considering. The bottom line is the Stefan spent the majority of the day with us and we ended up purchasing a new Avalanche on the spot. Great product knowledge and a low kew approach. If you like to do business with old-style shuck and jive car dealers, stay away from Mike Furman and Criswell. When I went to pick up the car, there were no surprises, except good ones. The deal was confirmed, and the transaction took about an hour from beginning to end. Mike is a Corvette expert, and knows as much about Vettes as I do - the first time I've run across that in my Vette buying experiences. Mike and the rest of the crew were friendly, but professional and VERY efficient with our time and theirs. I have averaged buying one car a year over the last 50 years, and haven't run into a more pleasant overall buying experience. I would send my daughter to buy a car from Mike, and not worry about it. What can we say. My wife and i were unable to find a new inferno orange corvette here in new york. So i decided to check the corvette forums and a vast majority had told me to check out Criswell Chevy and ask for a salesman named Mike Furman. we both drove down talked to mike (great guy BTW) he showed us an inferno orange 2012 3LT coupe,had dinner, met the entire staff,we decided that this was our dream car. Mike closed the deal for us with a great price. Mike has been a good friend too, we chat frequently and talk vette's all the time. When we decide on another new Chevy we'll be visiting mike again. Thank you once again Mike Furman and Thank You Criswell Chevrolet. Too bad they dont have this type of knowledge and huge inventory here in New York.(long Island) More
Stefan Kube was very nice, polite, knowledgable and was also very easy to deal with. He gave us a fair price on our baby-blue 2013 Chevy Volt, which two weeks ago had 19 miles and now has 1,000 miles and also very easy to deal with. He even gave us a curtousy call incase we had any problems and even answered a few questions that we had.
