Recently utilized the service department at Criswell Chevrolet and they were great. I received a call letting me know that my 2011 Chevrolet Cruze needed recall work done and I was able to schedule a co Chevrolet and they were great. I dropped the vehicle off on Friday evening and was promised a return by noon on Saturday. I received a call on Saturday around 10:30am letting me know the service was complete. I was having a hard time finding a new 2012 Corvette convertible with the options I wanted and the color I wanted, until I found the Criswell Chevrolet website. They had by far the biggest selection of Corvettes I could find anywhere. The prices were on the website and were very good. Mike Furman was the salesman I dealt with. I live in South Florida and he explained the options for how to get the deal completed and take delivery of the car. I decided to fly there and drive it home (almost 1100 miles). I told Mike I would like a quick transaction so I could hit the road. He had it all setup for a fast, smooth transaction. Mike is very knowledgeable and passionate about Corvettes and it was a pleasure talking with him. He showed me how to work everything on the new car, which had some features I was not familiar with. Everyone at the dealer ship was friendly and professional. There were no unpleasant surprises.
