I was interested in purchasing a new Malibu for my son. I had talked to Arsaln on the phone a few times and he was to return my call and set up an appointment. When I called the dealership to talk to him no one could ever find him. I really wanted the car for my son's birthday and even though I was getting angry I showed up at the dealership and spoke with this guy outside that turned out to be Arsaln. He apologized for being late to return the calls. He was going to look for the car I wanted and let me know. I don't understand it. I intended on paying cash and now here I sit again waiting for a call that hasn't arrived. There are many dealerships around. More

Mike wasted no time in getting me behind the wheel for a pair of test drives. I hadn’t intended to make a purchase that day, but Mike listened carefully to what I was looking for, did a nationwide search, and came up with a close fit to my specifications at a very desirable price. Four days later, I drove away with the most enjoyable car I’ve ever owned. Mike is highly knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. At delivery, he not only briefed me on the details of the car, but also showed me the service facility and process for arranging service, including introduction to the Corvette Service Manager. I may be influenced by the nature of the car that I bought, but I can honestly say that this was the most comfortable auto purchase that I have made in over 40 years. More

Outstanding service from a dealership I had never worked with before. Called earlier in the day and spoke to Bill Barling to arrange a test drive of a Chevy Volt I found on the internet. When I arrived I met Chris Hall who new I was coming and had prepared the vehicle. Chris suggested a test drive area, and then asked Stefan Kube to join us as a current Volt owner to discuss the details of the vehicle. You will never find a more enthusiastic or adept bunch of folks. I have purchased several cars over the last 30 years but have never met any dealership with the deep understanding of the car they are selling. Several employees are Volt owners in this dealership, a real testament to the product. Reading the owners manual and driving the car for a few days now I cannot find anything explained during the "sale" that was incorrect. I will bring my business back to these guys… and will recommend them to my friends and family. More

I searched almost all the dealership in Maryland. Most of the salesperson had zero knowledge about Chevy Volt which is pretty sad realizing that they had a Volt on their lot. As an educator, I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism Stefan Kube showed not only in terms of helping us but also not pushing us to buy a car. Moreover, he himself is a Volt owner. My wife and I are in agreement that he is truly a sweetheart when it cames to manners, patience and just a pleasant person to work with. We live quite far from the Criswell dealership and chose to work with him. I hope that Criswell management realize that he is truly an assett to the dealership and moreover provide him all the help he needs. If I ever buy a another new car (already have a 2012 Nissan Leaf and 2013 Chevy Volt), it will be with Stefan only!!! Great experience. Love my Corvette. Would buy there again. The price was good on a great C5 Corvette with very low miles. Larry was very professional and did a great job. Nice experience with him. There was a little bit of a snafu when the sales mgr forgot to relay the message that I was enroute to pick-up my car and then the car was not ready when I arrived. Overall, I would buy there again.
