Stefan, a volt owner himself, was very personable, patient, and went above and beyond. He made sure we understood the features of the car and that we were completely satisfied with our purchase. We had a great stay in Gaithersburg with Stefan's help and recommendations. Stefan even pointed us in the right direction for some great food and beer at the Dogfish Head Ale House less than a block away. Working with Stefan has been the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever gone through. There wasn't much negotiating to be done since the price that was originally offered was very reasonable. Any negotiations that were done was completed over email, which I prefered. Since I wasn't local, this made the car buying experience super easy. I'd definitely recommend Criswell Chevy to any prospective buyer. I know when my lease is up, I'll be going back to Stefan to possibly purchase or get a brand new Volt! More
