My husband and I went to Criswell on Thursday evening to meet with Tom Rawson and look at a 2013 Chevy Tahoe. After careful negotiations we agreed on a price for our new Chevy and are LOVING it. In fact, all the staff stayed until after midnight with us carefully reviewing paperwork and going over the details of the car. I drove over an hour to this dealership because of Arsalan's honest pricing over the phone and his ability to incorporate all of our wants and needs into the "perfect truck". We established an "out the door" price over the phone, prior to me stepping foot on the lot. About 15 minutes after signing the sales contract for the vehicle at the agreed upon price, Arsalan found another discount we qualified for and lowered the sales price by several hundred dollars. I highly recommend this dealership and particularly our sales consultant, Arsalan. We love our new truck. More

Bought a new vehicle from Criswell which was very nice. One of my major concrens is that my salesman Mike Furman had never made an attempt to show me how everything worked and function in my new car. Never showed me where the service dept. was or introduced me to anyone in that dept. if i would ever need my car serviced there. In all of my years of buying new cars i have never had a salesman not go over the car with me before i took it off the lot to make sure i knew how to operate and locate any new features the car might have . I sort of felt left out due to the fact that while i was waiting for delivery on my car i saw the other salesman who had sold a car that day taking their time showing there new car buyer yhe ins and outs of thier new purchase.He was pretty much just intersted in me buying the car from him and after that was done i was on my own.. Not the best experince i have had at a dealership with a salesman but not the worst in that aspect. Pretty blunt and to the point kind of guy ,thgen tells you to give him a very satisfied rating even though he only did half of his job . More
