Criswell had a great selection of Volts, and I ended up with a Volt that is better for me and my wife than the initial configuration I was thinking of, thanks to that great selection. My salesman, Stefan Kube, was excellent in all respects - knowledgable, helpful, willing to go the extra mile to make the deal happen on terms acceptable to me. I over research my car purchases. This was the first time a car salesman knew more about the car than I did! I would, without reservation, recommend Stefan Kube and Criswell to anyone in the market for a Volt or other Chevrolet. In addition to Stefan, the manager I worked with, Gary Moser, expedited the trade-in and finance process, and made certain I was completely satisfied with the process and my deal. Throughout the process, test drives, sale, trade-in and finance, I was respected and there were no high pressure tactics.
