I originally called Peter from the sales floor at Carmax. But that's only the beginning of why I rate Peter and Criswell so highly. Peter initially struck me as a person with a lot of integrity, and today, he proved that what he tells customers is more than just words.He told us that he stands behind his sales as well as the dealership, so when we had a genuine safety issue arise with our vehicle and were denied coverage under our extended warranty purchased at Criswell, I called Peter for help. I explained the situation to Peter and he offered to have their finance manager to call me. But the call that i got less than an hour later was the regional administor for the warranty company who was able to help us to resolve the problem. The point is, regardless of how the warranty issue would have turned out, when we needed help, Peter was there to exceed expectations when it counted. In my opinon, we paid less, but got much more with Peter Eaton. More

I worked with Stefan exclusively through e-mail until the day we went in and selected the actual vehicle (a Silverado 1500) and purchased it using the USAA referral program. Most importantly, at least to me, he was friendly, helpful, and not aggressive. He was able to provide a price that matched my needs, even pointing out options to my benefit, despite the fact that their inventory all contained more options than I really wanted. On the day of our visit to the dealership, we were greeted by another salesman and offered coffee, then we were down to business in a friendly but efficient manner with Stefan. A test drive, selection of the specific vehicle I wanted, evaluation of trade-in value, and completion of paperwork later, we drove away about 3 hours later in a new Silverado. We called the company tekonsha and spoke to Andrea and she told us that the Primus™ IQ. PN 90160 retails for 107.91. We are writing this review to let Criswell Chevrolet dealer in Gaithersburg, MD, 20878 know that they ripped us off by selling the Primus™ IQ. PN 90160 to us at 166.33 over retail price. Total install They charged us 720.00 to install brake controller plus 371.25 to install plug in back off truck for a total 1,091.25 to install the braking controller. On our first visit we arrived for service we were asked by john Ziegler our service manager that we could not leave our truck on the lot of service because the service center was not ready for us and john Ziegler our service manager stated that the owner of Criswell Chevrolet dealer stated that then he looked out his window hour large truck was to big and we would have to leave for 20 min's and then come back to get it serviced. On our 2nd time to the dealer they hit us with the over charged price and when they brought the vehicle out to us john Ziegler our service manager stated that the owner said that we would have to leave the dealer ship ASAP because our vehicle was to big and the owner does not want to see it sitting on his dealer ship. This was our experience at the Criswell Chevrolet dealer. They also never finished all the service work and when we asked them about it the serve manager told us they forgot about it. We have call them about this and asked to speake to the owner we received a call but no one could help us and the owner never called us. I have left several massages about my bill and issue, no luck or phone calls back yet. 10/28/13 and still no luck with issue. More
