I am very disappointed from your service department. When I setup the appointment for 08:00 am and the recall to fix my sunroof shouldn’t have taken more than hour. At least that’s what was told to me when I setup the appointment. I took my personal time off in the morning to be there so I can get to work afterwards. After waiting for two hours I had to inquire myself about the car. I asked Dina Bartolomeo, she went towards Rick Carr and talked to him and then went back to her desk. Didn’t even come tell me what’s going on. I had to go back to her and ask if I should talk to Rick Carr directly and she said yes. When I asked him he said my car will be ready in 20 minutes. I saw my in the parking lot sitting and no one has attended it for last two hours. When I asked why instead of giving any reason for it both Rick and Nick both were like oh you can come tomorrow and we will fix it then or wait to get it fixed now. My question is why waste someone’s two hours if it can’t be done on time. If they were that busy they should have told me it will take more time and I would have made my plans differently. If I had not asked about my car they would not have done anything. There were customers came after me who left. A lady sitting right next to me, I overheard that she has three recalls to fix and it will take three hours, but she left before me within an hour and I was just waiting there.
