My experience with Criswell was horrible at first. When I came in the dealership no one said hello. After about 5 minutes of looking around Cj came and ask me if I needed help. Then he left, I was shocked that he would just ask me if I need help then leave. He must have thought I wasn't a buyer so me and my wife went outside to leave. At that moment Jovan came and said hello is everything ok, I told him the same thing that we was just looking, he then said ok I'll look with you...he explained every little detail of the equinox and traverse. He even was so kind to open a Camaro and turn the car on for my son. He made sure that we was taken care of. I referred 3 customers to him and each time he has made wonders happen for them. One day my wife called him 1 in the morning because our touchscreen had blacked out and we had no navigation to get home from out of town. Jovan answered and tried to trouble shoot over the phone. He then took his laptop out did whatever he did and turn by turn showed us how to get home. He spent 2hours of his night to make sure we got home and at 9am sharp he called and said come bring that car here so we can fix this now. Jovan may be young but he is a great salesman and a friend. He is the reason why our experience was 5star. I will continue to refer customers to him because I trust he will do the same for them as he did for us More

I was in the market for the 2014 Camaro. I went to Criswell Chevrolet. My salesman was C.J. Uzzo. I sat at his desk for almost 3 hours, According to him my credit score was enough and my financing wo Criswell Chevrolet. My salesman was C.J. Uzzo. I sat at his desk for almost 3 hours, According to him my credit score was enough and my financing would go through. Well after 3 hours I am told that I have to bring additional documents, which I did the very next day. Then C.J. Uzzo did not even bother to give me a call and explain the situation. I called him after a day to find out what is going on and he was like "it did not go through". Very unprofessional. I can stand being not approved but I can not stand rude people. You should treat people with respect. As a result I took my business to somewhere else (Koons Tysons Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram) and financed the same car from them. More
