I was looking for a late model Corvette online and found one that looked promising at Criswell Chevrolet. I logged on to dealrater.com to find a good salesperson to work with. Peter Eaton's name came up sev one that looked promising at Criswell Chevrolet. I logged on to dealrater.com to find a good salesperson to work with. Peter Eaton's name came up several times. I called Peter and discussed the car with him. It had just come in and there were no pictures of it yet so he went out and cleared the recent snow off of it and took pictures and e-mailed them to me that same day. He also produced the build sheet for the car and sent it to me so I could see all the options on it. Great service! I made an appointment to see the car and Peter had it inspected and detailed so it was ready upon my arrival. The Vette was beautiful and I fell in love with it on the spot. Peter and I took it for a vigorous test drive and I bought it and took it home that very day. Peter made sure that several very minor items were taken care of immediately. He also went over the entire car and explained all the features. He made quick work of processing the paperwork and then sent me in to see Steve Krantz regarding financing, warranties, etc. Steve was able to match my bank's rate on the loan and got me excellent terms. He explained everything in detail and there was no pressure to buy. He did a very nice job. I heartily recommend Peter Eaton and Steve Krantz, and this dealership. He gave us his opinion and let us make the final decision. He took the time to explain the ins and outs of each vehicle.(including freezing outside in the coldest evenings of January, pointing out the differences of the cars on the lot) I couldn't believe all time he set aside for us and patiently answered our questions. I have been a Corvette person for many years, but have not had a dealership relationship for a long time. Mostly because with the Internet the Corvette inventory in the entire country is basically at hand not had a dealership relationship for a long time. That was before I met Mike Furman at Criswell Chevrolet. In 2012 I bought a loaded Blade Silver Grand Sport (that I found several states distant via the Internet). I expected to have it for some time, but then there was the announcement of the C7 and later that of the Premiere Editions. After months of reading everything I could find I decided I wanted to get a Premiere, the only decision being a coupe or a convertible. So I needed a Corvette dealer to help me because the Premiere Edition is not orderable. Since I knew that not all dealers would get a Premiere Edition I thought it best to go to a high volume dealer. First I went to a local dealer and found friendly people, but not a friendly deal. So I searched for Malcolm Konner because in the past they were the Worlds Largest Corvette Dealer. Finding that Konner had changed I searched for the current largest Corvette dealer and found information about Mike Furman and Criswell Chevrolet. Mike told me that he could take a down-payment on a Premiere Edition but could not make any promise or guarantee that I would get one, only that he would do his best. At the time I did not know that Mike's best is as good as it gets. I talked to Mike several times over the months and got to know him a bit - he is surely the most dedicated, helpful and sincere Corvette person I have known. So getting my Premiere Edition Convertible from Mike was really like getting it from a friend. My guess is most who buy from Mike feel the same way. Thanks Mike! More

I saw this Corvette in your internet "showroom." When I asked for information on the vehicle Chip was extraordinarily informative and helpful. When I came in to look at the car it "showroom." I have had lots of bad experiences with used car salespeople lying about the condition of the car being sold. It was very refreshing to experience Chips honesty. The car was in new car showroom condition, totally exceeding my expectations. When I realized it was missing heated seats (a must for me) Chip immediately arranged for heated seats to be installed. Chip truly went above and beyond to insure my complete satisfaction. Oh . . . I suppose I should mention owning a Corvette has always been a dream of mine.
