Every time I come in there I lose money by missing work. So when I do take off to get something taken care of I expect it to be taken care of. EVERYTIME I have to take ANOTHER day off to get it fixed again. Took it in for a recall now my air conditioner doesn't work so looks like I'll be missing another day of work to come spend the day with you guys FUNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll never buy another car from criswell I'll be going to rockmont

Anything other then another car to drive to work can't help me. "There's a noise when u do this" 8 hrs later we can't find a noise we didn't hear anything. Pick my car up boom noise. Now there's still the noise and my ac doesn't work. I call y'all and of course what do they say?what we did had nothing to do with the ac. Real convenient.

Sue, Thank you for the prompt reply. Contrary to your assertion, I did share that experience, both with John Weshler and with the individual whom the cashier staff yesterday identified (when I paid for the reapir) as Mr. Weshler's manager. I discussed with the manager that the I considered the labor charge excessive when compared to other quote I received from nearby Oursman Chevrolet for the same work. He disagreed. Mr. Weshler was aware I considered the charges for the rim and TPMS excessive and that I would not accept Criswell's price for them. Mr. Weshler and I also discussed the cost I would incur if I elect to tow my vehicle to Oursman to complete the repair. Please advise.
