I was in the market for the 2014 Camaro. I went to Criswell Chevrolet. My salesman was C.J. Uzzo. I sat at his desk for almost 3 hours, According to him my credit score was enough and my financing wo Criswell Chevrolet. My salesman was C.J. Uzzo. I sat at his desk for almost 3 hours, According to him my credit score was enough and my financing would go through. Well after 3 hours I am told that I have to bring additional documents, which I did the very next day. Then C.J. Uzzo did not even bother to give me a call and explain the situation. I called him after a day to find out what is going on and he was like "it did not go through". Very unprofessional. I can stand being not approved but I can not stand rude people. You should treat people with respect. As a result I took my business to somewhere else (Koons Tysons Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram) and financed the same car from them. More

After the sale he has been quite willing to answer my questions and has found a company to ship car to Florida. In short this was the best car buying experience I have had. I am a "car guy". By pure accident, I stumbled into Criswell Chevrolet and met Mike Furman in spring 2013. I had read the reviews on the 2014 Corvette C7 and while interested, was not committed t into Criswell Chevrolet and met Mike Furman in spring 2013. I had read the reviews on the 2014 Corvette C7 and while interested, was not committed to an American sports car. I did not realize at the time that Criswell was one of the largest east coast Corvette dealers or that Mike had sold almost 3000 Vettes, knew everything about them, knew the people who produced them and was a true professional and gentleman. I was slow pulling the trigger on a new C7 (putting down a deposit in early June), and Mike held my hand all the way through. He was dead on in helping me spec the right car for my needs, predicting milestone dates, managing my expectations and orienting me to my new car. The whole experience was professional and enjoyable. Mike knows his business and enjoys doing it. I am enjoying my C7, Z51, LT3, Night Race Blue/Kalahari Stingray. It was delivered December 7, 2013, exactly as Mike predicted.
