I bought my car at the end of December. 2 days after I purchased it I went back and spoke to the sales representative that sold it to me and told him that when I tien the vehicle off the radio and headlights don't turn off as well. I was informed it was a bad sensor and not covered by the dealership or warranty so I had to go and have that fixed.the cover to the trunk was never given to me even though it was advertised on the website as being part of the vehicle. When I asked about it they said the previous owner, one of your employees, never brought it in and that it too is something the dealership will not replace even though when I originally asked about the car they said it had one. So I had to purchase that too. Now it's summer and the first time I go to turn on the ac only got air blows out. I brought it in to get liked at and the Service advisor I worked with was actual surprised to hear that I haven't even owned the car for a year because the hole in the ax condenser is so big that there is no way it should have been missed. He strongly urged me to go back and talk to the sales rep because of this issue. So I did and again I was told it was not the dealership ' s responsibility now and I have to pay another $998 to get that fixed on top of the $135 for them to tell me I still have to drove around in a very hot car. At this point I will have paid more money to get the car in the condition it should have been sold to me in than I have in actual car note payments since I've only owned it for 6 months. I have now moved being frustrated and am very angry. I have 2 small children that I have to tote around in a car that is too hot and getting dangerous. 2 children that the sales person met and knew wr were buying the truck specifically for them. Between my husband and my parents we have purchased over 7 vehicles in 5 years from criswell, 5 of which were brand new. We only get our vehicles serviced at criswell and I can't even get a trick that has a safe and working ac to drive my children in.

I don't feel as though I should have to pay to get this fixed at all. Even after all of my frustrations wiring dealing with Criswell and this truck over the past 6 months I was willing to pay $235 to get freon. That was the maximum that I was told I was going to have to pay to fix the ac. When I left, I was out $135, I had a price of paper saying I would now need to pay $998, and a car with no access that now can't be driven because it's too hot for my children. A big waste and a loss of $135 for nothing. If you can't get this ac working in this car the way it should have been when it was sold to me for no more than an additional $100 to match the $235 I was willing to pay yesterday then there really isn't anything you can do to improve my opinion on this whole situation.
