Second Corvette I have been a Corvette owner since I bought my first one in 2002. I really had not considered a new Corvette until the 2014 model came out, but was d I have been a Corvette owner since I bought my first one in 2002. I really had not considered a new Corvette until the 2014 model came out, but was disappointed that the only way to get one was to place an order and wait 8+ weeks for delivery. I contacted Criswell Chevrolet because of an ad in an enthusiast magazine and Frank Fowler contacted me the same evening. We set up a date for me to come in and look at new Corvettes but none were available for purchase so we canceled. A few days later I called Frank back and gave him the parameters of the car I was looking for. The next day Frank called and informed me that Criswell had almost an exact match and the following day I owned a new Corvette. Frank remembering what I was looking for and taking my will to purchase seriously will not be forgotten. I have never had a better experience purchasing a new car from a communication standpoint (Frank),to the business side of the deal (Don) in my life. I will not buy a vehicle from any other Chevrolet dealer, and there are 20 of them between my house and Criswell. Steve Lee More

Misleading information Anthony was a good salesman and he tried hard but he was answering questions with wrong information. I wanted Bluetooth which he told me my 2014 Spark had, but it turns out it doesn't. I would have purchased another model that did. He also told me that the radio had a CD player but it doesn't. He needs to learn his product better and if he doesn't know the answer he should find out before answering the question. Jackie did a great job and we were well satisfied with her services for us. Very enjoyable purchase. I recently made inquiry over the internet regarding purchase of a new Chevrolet Volt. My inquiry was reviewed by several dealerships, but Stefan Kube I recently made inquiry over the internet regarding purchase of a new Chevrolet Volt. My inquiry was reviewed by several dealerships, but Stefan Kube of Criswell was the first to telephone me to inquire into what I wanted. He invited me to the dealership that day and spent over an hour teaching me about the car. (He drives one.) When I asked about the price, he gave me a figure within the ballpark of other dealers , but then advised me about additional discounts I was eligible for, especially my USAA membership, which added well over $1000 of additional discount. I special ordered the car because I wanted special features on the car. Despite the extra work, Stefan was very patient and did his job well. The car arrived a few weeks later and I am very happy with it. I am 80 years old and Stefan did a great job of showing this old geezer how to take advantage of this new fangled technology. Incidentally, I own two relatively new Mercedes, an E 350 and a SL 550. Stefan treated me as well as any Mercedes salesman despite the Volt being a lot less expensive. Indeed, at the last minute he advised me that I was eligible for 0% financing, which I took advantage of. More

My wife and I traveled from Morgantown, WV in search of a new 2014 Corvette Stingray. After doing much on-line research, we determined that we could come to Criswell or make a trip to Atlantic City, NJ, to new 2014 Corvette Stingray. These were the two that had the largest selections and the most competitive pricing. We are very pleased we chose Criswell. We called ahead about 3 weeks ago and told them we were coming. We spoke to Dan Drayton, salesman, who was waiting for us at the door after our 2.75 hour drive. The entire experience was great. Not a lot of pressure, very fast paced, questions answered immediately. After a couple test drives and some very reasonable negotiation we ordered our first Corvette. While there, we met Jason Witte, general sales manager and Jackie Wells, finance manager. Two nicer people we could not have met. Jason was very adamant that we would be buying a car when my wife took the first test drive. Though he joked with me about this, he was actually quite serious. He and Dan did all in their power on the price negotiation to make a deal that was acceptable to us. He was correct, we bought the car. We went back today 4.5.14 to pick up our vehicle. We dealt with the same three people again. Jason and Dan were again extremely personable and accomodating to the two of us. Though we did not finance the vehicle there, Jackie made the closing very smooth and completed it with me before Dan finished the walk through of the car and its features with my wife. She is a very professional, pleasurable individual that does an excellent job for this dealership. I am in no way a person who enjoys the new car dealership experience. The two visits made to Criswell and dealing with the three folks were totally enjoyable. Both my wife and I were treated like royalty here, made to feel very welcome, no pressure what-so-ever and there were no unpleasant surprises at any step of the process during our time at Criswell. What they said they would do on price, they delivered. I would have no problem recommending this dealership to anyone in the market for any vehicle the sell here. It was worth the drive and the time spent to get this deal. Should anyone reading this review consider going to Criswell to purchase a new vehicle, do youself a favor and do so. Make sure you align yourself with Dan, Jason and Jackie, you will not be disappointed. More

I usually take my truck apart and look at the problem before I decide to bring it to the dealership of fix it myself. I HAVE WORKED ON CARS MY WHOLE LOFE AND NEVER TRUSTED ANYONE BEFORE. Now I don't turn wrenches before at least getting a quote from Dina. She is always super friendly and quick. I am able to tell her what I think is worng and she suggests what she and her tech think. When its fixed, its done right. I'm very pleased. I hope she is well compensated and never leaves Criswell. I wouldn't know what to do with out her. More
