He immediately struck me as exceedingly knowledgeable, energized, and enthusiastic; he reassured me that all would be well. Thanks to him and his thorough understanding of how to navigate the insurance gauntlet, I have my car back in impeccable shape. The team at Criswell did a fantastic job, thee car looks like new! But again, a very special shout out to Matt, who shepherded me through the process, and without whose help this quite simply would not have been done correctly, as I am sure I would’ve gotten short changed by the insurance company.
