It was definitely time for a new truck, so we went to the internet to find what deals were out there for the Black Friday events. We diligently filled out the Chevrolet on-line survey for the truck we wanted, provided our cell phone and email address and went out on the hunt for a new truck. Oddly as we went to the showrooms the cell phone rang and there he was, it was salesman introducing himself as Abe, but he didn’t sound like the typical salesman. What to do, he seemed like a nice individual, courteous, knowledgeable, and after a short discussion he said he had the truck we were seeking. Right, it was the salesman’s pitch. He validated the truck was there and gave a price. We went to three other dealers and validated cost. Most of the other dealerships we went to treated us like we were just a sale, somewhat condescending if you know what I mean? I’ve said before I was born at night, but not last night. Abe really wanted the deal as well as did Criswell’s. Strangely Criswell’s had quite the variety and what we thought we wanted wasn’t really it. We saw a better truck, a new Chevy Silverado with more options, a slightly higher dollar value, but we received a better deal. It was a soft sale, no pressure and above all an unbelievable experience. But the greatest asset was Abe. He and the Criswell Team offered us the best deal in the Washington Metro Area, he was friendly, and not pushy to make the deal. Beyond being courteous he stayed after the dealership closed, on his own time, to finish the deal and we drove home a new truck that night! Way to go Abe. Michael and Amy More

Joey was professional from the start to finish and providing me additional information on the Corvettes which proved much better quality than the internet site. They had the car I was interested ready for my scheduled test drive, and Finance helped me walk out the door with it that day. It was definitely worth the drive to Gaithersburg. Abe did a great job providing me information via email before I got out there, so I knew what to expect and there weren't any surprises. I also really appreciated that Abe listened to me when I pointed out that I prefer email communication, and he has followed up with me using that same method. My last car lasted 15 years. This one will (hopefully) as well. And, I certainly didn't buy an expensive car. I really appreciate the car with which I was treated, even though I'll never be a horribly profitable customer. More

Russell, though I'm certain that he has many clients, treated me as though I was his only one. He never said no to anything that I asked and he took action immediately even on his days off. I've had several questions about my new Vette and I felt comfortable calling him for help. He was systems knowledgeable and even sent me a video file that he made just to answer one of my questions. Our salesman Chip was very knowledgable on cars and how the process all works. He was very generous with his time, we were there till 9pm one night talking through options. We had a few problems with the actual car itself so ended up buying a different one we came in for but they were extremely apologetic regarding the faults we experienced. Even though we had some initial credit concerns, Rob was very good at sorting us out with the right finance for us. He was a very humorous chap who made the process a bit more enjoyable than previous experiences! Your coffees are very nice too, which, when you are sat around at various car dealerships for hours on end night after night, makes a lot of difference! trust me! So overall, nice office, friendly people and we walked out with a car - so that must be a good sign! More
