However, there was one huge bump in the road finding the car I was looking for. The person who was in charge of locating my car (Steve Mcclay) is a liar and talks to customers like he has the "I don't care" attitude. He displays poor communicate skilled and attitude which should be Unexceptable.. . After a week and a few days went by and I was ready to walk due to Steve's lies and the "I don't care attitude", Jason had to step in, who found my car and I had it in a day and a half! Thank you Jason.. I am sorry for anyone who has to deal with Steve Mcclay. More

It was on March 14th that I went to my local dealership in Ohio to place an order and nothing went right from that point on - UNTIL I contacted Mike Furman. From that point on my Stingray experience was worry free and I felt confident that I would get the car that I ordered built to my exacting specs, and that I would get it on time. As scheduled, I drove 350 miles to Criswell and arrived two hours early and Mike was able to get in me and out of BEFORE my appointment time. I've bought many cars in the past but I've never spent so little time at a dealership (even the financing part was quick and easy) - and I left with exactly what I expected and I had fun while I there! Wish I could buy another Stingray tomorrow just to experience it all over again! TedD... More
Excellent follow up and awesome service experience I had my 2013 SS Camaro towed in for repair and Dina had me assured everything would be taken care of. Awesome awesome awesome. Two enthusiastic thumbs WAY up! Last week I had our 2006 Cobalt in for service. This is the sturdiest little car ever! The things we've put it through, and it keeps on going, like a little tank. We've never had to do any service beyond routine, so I figured at 142,xxx miles it was time some things were going to need some attention. It was making some vibrations when I was braking, which seemed not so safe, and since summer is here, it's vacation time! And I want to be prepared and safe on the roads. Turned out, finally, the car needed new brakes. Bam. Done. Two of the tires had been replace some time ago, and the other two needed replacing now. Bam. Done. I believe strongly in taking care of my vehicles, (Nick Chapman can attest to that!), and Criswell has seen all them! Nick and his team have always been upfront and honest with any repair my cars needed, and worked with me to get the work done, in order of importance, if I needed to know what was wrong and what would happen if I didn't fix it (fyi: if they tell you you need it fixed, fix it.They are not going to lie to you). Needless to say, I haven't ever not done a recommended repair. I trust Criswell 100%. I can't ever thank Nick Chapman enough for the years of excellent customer care he's provided me and my family. I have been very fortunate in life to have such great people surround me: Nick happened along after Ellen left (much missed!) who also took unbelievable care of my needs. I can't rave enough about the quality of staff you employ. Criswell! Nick! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! More

The first time I did not receive a survey, probably because of the horrible service and inconvenience I received. They broke a part in my car trying to find out what the problem was. I had to bring my car back at least three times before they gave up and called Chevy to walk them through finding out what the problem was. I was without my car for a week. When I called to complain, I got a feeling that this happens all the time. I fought with myself for a week about bringing my brand new car to Criswell for service. It’s the only local Chevy dealer in the area. They did not break anything. I brung my car in at 9am for an oil change and to get my truck latch fixed. Took them 4 hours!! And they left black sticky stuff all over my 2014 Chevy Camaro trunk and bumper. Had to ask someone to whip it off. More

How good was it? Hoping to maybe save the trip south, I sent the quote to a couple of area dealers who wanted the business. One didn't even bother to reply. The other said something must be wrong because he couldn't sell the car for that price without losing money. As people typically on the short end of the cutthroat competition stick, this was a welcome development for us. As far as the people we met there, both Russell and Jackie were cordial, well informed and very competent. I could say that the overall experience was so positive, we almost wanted to crash the car on the way home so we could go back to Criswell and get another one. Nobody is that good, of course, but it might be a tough go finding anyone who comes closer to that ideal. We would absolutely go to Criswell again when the need arises. Nice people and a legitimately great deal. More
