We did not want to get into a haggling contest since Criswell was 2.5 hours away from us and wanted to nail the price down before we took the ride. Within minutes Russel confirmed he could match the price so we headed out to see the vehicle. When we arrived the vehicle was ready and Russel was available immediately to start the paperwork and take us for a test drive. Before we knew it we were talking to Jackie Wells doing the final details with the paperwork so we could get on the road. Worst Customer service He is very rude and lazy. I had an appointment setup for 8:00 clock. I got to the shop at 07:45. Work on my car was not supposed to take more than an He is very rude and lazy. After two hours waiting I inquired about my car and he had no clue why my car hasn't been attended. He told me it hasn't been worked on yet and will be ready in 20 minutes. What the heck he was doing for last two hours. It's a weekday so it wasn't even busy. If they didn't have time to work on a recall which they have been calling me about from past two weeks to get fixed then why make me take an appointment. They didn't even have courtesy to apologize. When I asked for the manager. He told me Nick Chapman is the manager he was equally unapologetic about the issue. He didn't care that I was waiting for two hours and nothing has been done to my car or they could have informed me that it will not be ready soon so I have made my arrangements differently. More
