Russell Carter was very timely and responsive to any questions we had as we neared the end of the lease, sought to see the 2016s as they first arrived on the lot and waited for our 2016 to arrive. (& even re an email question after the sale!) Mike Holda was thorough and easy to talk with. Jackie Wells was helpful on the phone in preparation for our delivery day. Steve Krantz was efficient with the paperwork on day of delivery. The other sales person, also Mike, but didn't catch last name, was also helpful on the day of sale. Picking up the Tahoe was easy as well. I didn't receive quite as much as I would have liked for my trade-in, but I received an adequate explanation -- and a little more cash back. The checkout process was easy - I received the usual offers for paint treatments and warranties -- which I turned down. But I was not excessively pressured. In the end, the paperwork was much less than I had to sign for my last new cars (in 2012). More

If more sales folks were like Russell people would not detest car buying. He honored what rebates and discounts he could considering I was out of state and I knew exactly what it was going to cost me before I went in there to pick up my car and sign on the dotted line. If you do business with one salesman this year make it Russell! You won't be disappointed and you will actually be amazed how above and beyond he goes for his customers. As long as I stay in the area the guy has definitely got a customer for life here. This was a purchase of a new Corvette on line from Criswell and from the start Abe was just exceptional in not only providing details on the various options but in getting the very best price for me on the car. He went out of his way to get a price below MSRP on a vehicle other dealers simply would not discount. When I drove up to Gaithersburg to pick up the car the experience was equally satisfying as he took all the time I needed to make sure that I was fully versed in the new technology in the car and the trade in process was handled smoothly and efficiently. Having been to 10-15 dealerships in search of the "perfect" vehicle, I have had a lot of recent experience with auto sales and honestly by the time I got to Criswell I was in a "whatever happens happens" mindset all due to the lack of customer service and willingness to help from previous dealers. Peter hands down earned my business and changed my attitude! He without hesitation cleaned up two trucks that I was so indecisive about so I could see both. Once I finally decided Peter got all of the paperwork prepared prior to our arrival which saved so much time and we were in and out just like that!!
