Russell was very responsive via e-mail in the days ahead of my visit to the dealer, and by the time I arrived it only took about two hours to test drive and close the deal. I arrived on a Thursday at 3 pm and by 5 pm my wife and I walked out the door as happy, proud owners of a brand new Chevy Bolt.
