Russell was very responsive via e-mail in the days ahead of my visit to the dealer, and by the time I arrived it only took about two hours to test drive and close the deal. I arrived on a Thursday at 3 pm and by 5 pm my wife and I walked out the door as happy, proud owners of a brand new Chevy Bolt. Could not have been happier with my experience with Criswell - by far the best I've had buying a car. It is easy to see why these guys have won Maryland Dealer of the Year for years running. More

This included quick and efficient work from Rob in finance, who used an very cool, horizontal desk screen to walk me through the paperwork.
