When I reached out to Russell, he was prompt in getting back to me the info I was looking for and it was in detail (broken down and explained). Of all the sales people I interacted in throughout my searching process, he was the only sales person to be open, honest, and transparent about everything. The open communication and transparency continued throughout the entire process. Needless to say, I purchased a vehicle from Russell not only because of the open honesty but he gave me the best deal offered. The entire experience was painless and fast. I dealt with Steve for finance. The set up he had made things simple too. With Steve there was none of the high pressure to buy extras. He explained the offerings and let me decide which ones I wanted. He explained the legal stuff in a way most people would understand. He found an interest rate for me that beat my Credit Union. He got me in and out quickly. The best part? I wanted to transfer my Florida tag from my trade in to the new vehicle. He did all that right from his desk so that I do not even have to visit the DMV in Florida. Very pleased with the experience with Steve, Mike Furman, and Dina Bartolomeo. More
