Easiest and Fastest Car Buying Expierence I had been in the market for a new vehicle. After numerous dealership visits, emails, and phone calls, I was referred to Russell by a friend. When I reached out to Russell, he was prompt in getting back to me the info I was looking for and it was in detail (broken down and explained). Of all the sales people I interacted in throughout my searching process, he was the only sales person to be open, honest, and transparent about everything. The open communication and transparency continued throughout the entire process. Needless to say, I purchased a vehicle from Russell not only because of the open honesty but he gave me the best deal offered. The entire experience was painless and fast. I dealt with Steve for finance. The set up he had made things simple too. The electronic setup allowed me to see and understand things a lot better as oppose to sitting and staring at an individual trying to explain something to you. 5/5 stars!!!! More

Impressed with Steve Usually the visit to the finance office is not one of my favorite parts of the dealership experience. With Steve there was none of the high pressure to buy extras. He explained the offerings and let me decide which ones I wanted. He explained the legal stuff in a way most people would understand. He found an interest rate for me that beat my Credit Union. He got me in and out quickly. The best part? I wanted to transfer my Florida tag from my trade in to the new vehicle. He did all that right from his desk so that I do not even have to visit the DMV in Florida. Very pleased with the experience with Steve, Mike Furman, and Dina Bartolomeo. More

Great car buying experience! My fiance and I had a great experience purchasing at Criswell. The first time we stopped in, we met Peter, but didn't see what we wanted on the lot a My fiance and I had a great experience purchasing at Criswell. The first time we stopped in, we met Peter, but didn't see what we wanted on the lot and left. Peter kept in touch with us though - but with no pressure. When we did see the truck we wanted, Peter responded immediately and put the wheels in motion for us. We ended up purchasing a 2016 Chevy Tahoe. The truck was exactly as advertised and in immaculate condition. Overall, Peter was super professional and assisted us every step of the way. We had a tricky financial situation and a trade-in, but Peter handled it for us with no problem and with the utmost respect and fairness. Signing the paperwork was a breeze too; Peter did as much as he could in advance so we could get in and out of the dealership with our new truck in reasonable amount of time. Our only regret is we should have left this review for Peter earlier! More

Bait and Switch Criswell Chevrolet overall is a great Dealership, attentive, Customer friendly and aiming to please, except for one Employee Mike Furman, I have know Criswell Chevrolet overall is a great Dealership, attentive, Customer friendly and aiming to please, except for one Employee Mike Furman, I have known Mike for a while and have always liked him. So of course when I decided to buy another Corvette I dialed up Mike. I visited their Sister store in Thurmont MD. to get an idea on price. I was always looking for a 1LZ with a PDR as I have always been about performance not Luxury. I got 2 prices from Thurmont $68000 and $69500. the only difference in the 2 was the PDR, I called Mike and he said that had the same car as the $69500 car at Thurmont but his was better appointed., Well if your charging the customer $4000 extra dollars for basically the same car it better be worth it. I asked if his car (The Sebring Orange car) which was my color choice and had the same amenities was in stock..So taking him at his word I buy the car, it turns out it DOES NOT have a PDR in it and I feel Bamboozled!! But Jason Witte saved the day and was able to make me a fair deal that we both could live with! Awesome job by Jason complete failure on the part of Furman. More
