Bought my 2020 MDX a couple months ago. Had new tires and rims put on the same day, since I bought the tires the same day as the car, my tires did not have road hazard! If I bought them that afternoon or day rims put on the same day, since I bought the tires the same day as the car, my tires did not have road hazard! If I bought them that afternoon or day after, they would have been cover. Please understand, I paid 3k for these tires and rims in addition to the vehicle, they were not part of the original vehicle. I am very disappointed in the “bait and switch” this dealership has done. The sales people and service people were very helpful but I did not receive what I paid for, which is road hazard with my new tires! Would have been a five star review for the dealership but I do not appreciate how they handled this. More

Angela Behr and Gerry Jackson took excellent care of my lease upgrade in a timely and efficient manner. The personnel is very professional. Gerry Jackson has been my sales representative for my last 4 vehicle upgrades. He provides timely and helpful advice regarding my vehicle upgrades. He lets me know all the important information regarding the new vehicles including its features, adjustable buttons and performance. Gerry is patience and demonstrates professionalism. We all need to be patience during these challenge times,. We need to be resilient and adapt in ways that will allow business to endure during these difficult times. I was able to complete the vehicle upgrade within the specified time frame and I am extremely happy. I would especially like to commend Angela for her professionalism and superlative skills. Our current MDX was still in great sha My husband and I were looking to purchase a new MDX, and we found an amazing deal At Criswell Acura for a 2017. Our current MDX was still in great shape, but we thought it may be time for a car with less miles. We went into Criswell with the intent of "just looking". As soon as we walked into Criswell Acura, we were greeted by John Morris, a Criswell Sales Associate. We told him about the MDX we saw online. The price was so amazing that several people had already looked at the MDX, and there were more people coming. Nevertheless, John never pressured us that we had to buy it immediately because it will go fast. Instead he showed us the MDX, went through all the amazing features, and sat with us as we test drove the car. John is the perfect no-pressure, friendly, highly knowledgeable salesman, and my husband and I were sold. As my husband and I were waiting to get all the paper work completed, Alan Hannon, the Pre-owned Car Sales Manager came out to chat with us. He is friendly, had great personal stories, and was so knowledgeable about Acura products. Alan and John invited us to come back the following week for a tutorial on all the features of the MDX. Since I am not as tech savvy as my husband, I was very interested. They scheduled an appointment. The tutorial was great. Really, we could go on and on about how great our car buying experience was, but in short we would 100% recommend Criswell Acura, and will definitely buy our next car from them! More
