He didnt make me feel pressured into buying anything and really showed me what Acura was all about. He was patient with me through this whole process and I have already started recommending Acura to everyone that I speak with. After looking at all the other luxury vehicles, Alan really was one of the main reasons I chose Acura. I knew that if I ever needed anything he would be there to assist me. The atmosphere of Criswell Acura of Annapolis makes you feel at home. I also want to thank Jason in finance he was very helpful and professional. The only hiccup I had in my whole experience at Acura was the Sales Manager during one of my visits answered his cell phone while assisting me in purchasing my Acura. During the test drives I felt the car was mine to drive, test and evaluate. I was never given a leading question that was meant to gather information that would be later used to fluff up a feature of the car. When my wife and I decided to purchase a new vehicle our first thought was Acura. My wife had a 2004 RSX from Criswell that she was very happy with and we wanted to upgrade to a four door sedan. We informed him that we were looking for a 2009 TSX and other than that we were still up in the air about color, interior, etc. After reviewing the cars that were available we started our test drive. Both my wife and I took turns in the drivers seat and we drove for approximately 20 minutes collectively. All of the questions we had during out trip were answered and Alan informed us of the positives and negatives of the car. We did not feel pressured at any time during our experience and Alan was more than willing to give us as much real life, personal, and technological information as possible. We didn't buy a car on our first trip but upon visiting the competition we always had the thought of the TSX in the back of our heads. None of the other dealers we visited had the amount of knowledge about their product that Alan had about Acuras. After having horrible encounters with the competition we returned to Acura a week later. My wife and I decided on a 2010 TSX and the sales team was very helpful and we used their experience and knowledge in finding the type of car we wanted. The team was very reasonable when we were finishing our paperwork and they stayed over 3 hours after closing to ensure we could enjoy our new Acura as soon as possible. We had a great experience and appreciate the extra effort from the staff. This is our second of many more cars that we plan on purchasing from Criswell. More

Once we settled on a price, all promises were followed through to the last detail, especially finding the car with the right color preference. Recently purchased a 2006 Honda Oddysey and was treated by our salesman, Mr. Hannon, as if we were purchasing a brand new car. I bought my first Acura from Criswell. I've been going back for service for many years and have always been treated exceptionally well. As my car aged and it's had to serviced over night Criswell has always provided a loaner while my car in service - at no cost. When I ask for a loaner there's never any hint of not getting one. It amazes me because my car is 7 years old and out of warranty. I'm getting ready to purchase a new car and Criswell is at the top of my list for purchasing. Their maintenance techs and service representatives all know their product. Service is always provided with a positive and friendly engagement. Bottom line, Criswell Acura has consistently delivered outstanding customer service. More
