I take my vehicle to this dealership on a regular basis for service. This recent service (oil change), I mentioned to the customer service rep that my fluids were empty and have obviously not been topped for service. This recent service (oil change), I mentioned to the customer service rep that my fluids were empty and have obviously not been topped off on my prior visits. She said she would for sure make a note of that and have them take care of that, when I picked up my vehicle and stopped to change out the BAD battery that Subaru would not change, I noticed again that my fluids were still empty. So along with the overpriced battery that I was forced to purchase, I also purchased fluids to add to my car. Thank you for nothing! More

Staff courteous and helpful - people at desk are quite knowledgable about service and repairs; however, after 2 visits my car is still missing or skipping. This place has unacceptable business practices. Every 2-3 weeks, I'm getting red fagged messages to schedule a repair of recalled part on my Subaru Outback starting November 2021. I called many times to put my car on their schedule without any success. There is only one person to do that and amazingly she is either out of the office or on the phone or unavailable for 4 months. Today I was told that they don't have necessary parts for the nearest future. I was also told to call them if my car is shaking violently or driving uncontrollably. Will I be able to call them before the crash? More
